Wrong product received. Came in the box as advertised but the product inside wasn’t correct

Exceptional purchase following a very bad previous experience.

Very bad experience. Ordered 2 model cars in December 2021 for about €72.00. Emailed several times after 2 months when to expect the order. Would be shipped. Of course received nothing. Then 4 request to refund the amount I paid. Answer was, passed on to financial administration, take into account 2 weeks processing. After one and a half weeks still no refund.

I was told my item wasn’t available two day post purchase. They offered me a similar item and told me I would not pay the balance. We thought it was a good gesture. However the item they sent was on sale for the same price. So we did think we where mislead. Then it took days to post abscess held up st customs because it didn’t have the proper paperwork. When it did arrive it had one wrap of bubble wrap ! Just one layer fir a 10kg item that had done electrical components. Poor show 1001 !

Navigation is complicated Too many manipulations before making a choice. Between the commune or the site says in stock and delivery 2 months later what more can you say.

The box of Belgian artillery waterloo 1815 was open and pieces are missing...I have written to you and you have not answered..these things must be notified before sending.

I wish they would have shown on their site which country they were located in. I would not have ordered had I know they were outside the USA. I figure it took twice as long to get my item, and had I had an issue with it I would not have attempted to send it back to some overseas address. I guess live and learn..

Let's just say that I have been making purchases over the Internet for about 20 years now. Well, 1001 Hobbies.co.uk is the first and only internet seller where I feel ripped off. I ordered (07/2021) a model kit Space Probe Voyager but got a bag of ball bearings. A second attempt was made (via credit voucher / 02/2022) but had to pay shipping costs again, again got a bag of ball bearings. I finally asked for refund but no real response to this. From me next advice: rather buy from another online provider. It will save you a lot of misery.

Order returned on 24/02/2022 and I'm still waiting for an exchange!

Very bad.Not delivered on time; ordered two things one received; way too late.Have been waiting for weeks now for refund of the undelivered item and nothing comes.Never order anything again.

Well what can I say? Instead of the kit I ordered, I received a set of paint masks as there was a confusion with the serial number. The order clearly had the name of the aircraft of the kit I ordered but that didn't seem to make any difference. I was told to keep the masks and that I would be refunded. It didn't happen until I reminded them weeks later.

Phone can be manned goods better check if it is not damaged and or correct order, respond to mail earlier and faster

If there were zero stars I would DO that! I placed my order in December and it has not arrived to this day!!! I'm pissed off! Total scam I had booked express shipping because it was 12/17/2021 and I wanted it to be there for my husband on Christmas! I'll never order here again. And every time you try to contact them. Will only be sorry etc . No update no replacement nothing! Totally disappointed! Never again

No response to my emails. Only response in French language. Why no Dutch language on my e-mail? I do not know if I received the right flight simulator, I have contact here with Ikaris. Waiting for message from Aerofly, if not good, then back to 1001 hobbies.nl.

I'm very unhappy with the way I've been treated by 1001 Hobbies. When I was at their site I had intended to order some decals, but when I got to the point where I learned the shipping cost, I felt that it was way too much. So I didn't complete the order. I DID NOT COMPLETE THE ORDER. 1001 Hobbies were aware that I didn't complete the order because they emailed me to ask why. I told them. Then they charged me US$71. and shipped it anyway. When I complained to Pay Pal and to 1001 Hobbies, 1001 Hobbies said they'll refund my money WHEN THEY GET THE STUFF BACK. So I now have to pay to ship it back, when I didn't want it in the first place. It hasn't arrived yet, but will be mailed back as soon as it's received. will never order from them again, ever.

Delivery was worthless

good quality item except some which are advertised in metal and which are in plastic !!!!!! this should not happen, otherwise processing a little long.

Accepting orders that you don't have in stock creates problems. This has happened to me twice now.

The stock of the store is not real and once you have paid they tell you that they will not be able to send it in the estimated time. Thank goodness for the paypal payment that gave me certain guarantees.

One model was broken, and I had to pay import duty !!!

I never received the product and after repeated E-mails also did not get the money back. Am very dissatisfied. Don't know if I will ever get my money back.

Third attempt! Shortly after ordering, I canceled the order by e-mail. Three weeks later, the parcel arrived anyway. I sent it back at my own expense. So far I have not received any money.

Bof bof... out of 4 items ordered, finally some are out of stock, I replace them then finally I receive only half in my parcel, it's sent back again 1x. In short, I won't be coming back to this website.

I express my disappointment concerning order UD8IBUARU.
That order consisted of two kits: - SMER kit - Fiat CR.32 - Flying Machine kit - Paggio P108 Now, while the SMER kit arrived exact, the Flying Machines kit arrived incorrect tispect to what was published in your online catalog.
In fact instead of the kit, a transparent envelope arrived with a card inside with a picture of in airplane, moreover not even related to the Piaggio p108.
Big disappointment!
The fact that the envelope had a label with a bar code and P108 written on it, I think it was an oversight during storage, at least this I want to believe!!!
I voiced this complaint of mine already by email because I could not find a way to do it on your site.
But no acknowledgement or response.
I would appreciate being able to return the wrong merchandise, and maybe purchase something different.
Ps: I realized, unfortunately after the purchase and after the email complaint, that already another user had been risetvato the same treatment.

Product ordered in stock then finally reassorted, then reassortment date postponed... No comm and as luck would have it the order was sent without infoquant to the undelivered product on the same day as the cancellation request.

I didn't quite see the scale of the tank I bought. Too small for me. Sorry but I won't open it and I'll send it back to you without opening the box. That said, I'm quite happy with the rest. However, you did give me a. Wrong return delivery address. So not happy about that. But not happy at all

Ad claimed the model was 1/400 scale instead I received a 1/700 scale

Quick delivery and order conformity were respected, but it's a pity that the paints offered as complements were not exhaustive, for example the color blue 56 was not present, even though it's the main one. And without having the model, it's difficult to know in advance.

Checking the article before sending it to the customer could prevent inconvenience.

Too small and not at all practical to assemble

Very good choice, but when I place orders close together, I pay twice for postage even though they are grouped together.

An order that is in preparation for more than 7 days I have seen orders shipped in less than 2 days.

So I ordered a hg kshatriya and received the wrong item a entry grade gundam (for like a quarter of the price) and sent an email to them but all I got back was send us it back this is unacceptable I request that u send out the correct item or if you can do that a full refund this is terrible 1 of worst sites ever I feel like you have treated me like a mug plus when I tried to call you r always close if u can get back to me asap so we can resolve this problem
