I still haven't received anything it's been over a month shame!!!!!

Do not meet delivery deadlines. Refunds for cancellations also take time to be issued.

It is a pre-order ... and there the times given are very random .... otherwise once the product returned, everything goes well.

I ordered and paid for an item that was never delivered. It's pathetic and scandalous!

Just didn't get anything until today. Every time you see a different date.

Got a lot of hassle with the order, emailed 5 times to find out when the expected order could be received. Too bad before that I was satisfied.

Thieves, liars, scammers and everything else you can think of on this line. I made a purchase at the end of November and never received my order. They said they had shipped it, that it was a Correos thing and that it was my fault for choosing Correos. I spoke to Correos, since they, from what they told me they couldn't get in touch with them, I got it the first time. And Correos told me that these people had ordered my package online, but that they had never deposited my package in a post office. I have since been contacted by several people who have had the same thing happen to me to file a joint complaint, and that's all I can say. Do not buy here, or you will regret it.

I had to make my purchase twice because the seller was unable to provide me with bank details for transferring the purchase price. Despite an eMai request and a phone call, I did not receive any bank details. With the 2nd order I then paid with paypal, although I didn't really want to.

Failure to meet delivery deadline

Selling items they clearly don’t have in stock and give you no clue as to when they might, if ever, arrive. Then blame the distributor/ manufacturer for no timeframe. When you do finally give up expect them to take a week to refund your money.
Customer support are next to useless.
Won’t use these people ever again.
Using a .co.uk web address also gives the impression your dealing with a uk based company. You are not! A bit sly on there part I feel.

When i dealt with the UK set up they were as rude and difficult, not even knowing the law regarding the distance sale regulations, but also the wording regarding returns on their own website? They said they could deliver before Christmas and then not until after, so i cancelled. Luckily there French company were more helpful after a little persuasion

I ordered a model from them as a pre-order. Very atypically for 1001 Hobbies, it was actually offered at a competitive price. Two weeks later they contacted me to cancel the order, though the item is still not released. They'd obviously realised that for once they'd sold something at a fair price. I'll never order from them again..

Never received my order - still waiting for refund after one month!

I ordered on 22.12.2021 and nothing has arrived to date (10.01.2022). I paid a little extra to be able to track the shipment, but even that doesn't work.

Since 20/12 that I ordered a product and as of today 10/01 still nothing.... After sending a reminder email, a few days ago I receive an apology but that does not take away from the fact of disrespect on shipping time (5/7 working days) written on the site. Poor seriousness. I will do further review on the product as soon as it arrives at its destination.

early december ordered , package on the way lost , mail contact was very difficult, now 8 januarie only had a refund, never again

ordered a gift certificate but haven't received it after almost a week and their customer service is ignoring my emails about it

Ordered on 11,12,21 should be in stock after demand his It comes on 27,12,21 after renewed demand on 4,1,22 his it comes on 5,1,22 today is the 10,1,22 and still nothing arrived.

poor communication,order from early Dec.2021, still don't know when delivery will be made, mid Jan.2022 is listed....Other no follow up.

When I made the purchase it indicated that it would be delivered on January 3rd. As of today it has not arrived yet.

Item not yet delivered and seller does not respond to emails.

I have had problems with a slow delivery that has taken weeks to complete. Also, items are not showing as out of stock on the website.

They are supposed to have the item in stock, but they do not send it or communicate anything to the buyer. To collect the item they do it on the spot.
I do not recommend this store to absolutely no one. A disgrace

It was a gift. The order was placed on the 26th and on their website they announced shipping in 3-5 days and it arrived today, preventing it from fulfilling its function. If they can't meet the shipping deadlines they should have informed you in advance. it is not acceptable.

Did pay and received NOTHING. No response to emails!

It has taken co if they came from Aystralia by boat.

I haven't received my order for ages. I am therefore very disappointed with the current state of affairs.

I then requested a refund of my payment. At least that worked. Unfortunately I don't have the kit now, but I won't be ordering from1001hobbis again.

Very poor quality compared with goods provided by other sites.
