Order took far too long to arrive! Otherwise good online site!

Ordered a JagdPanther 1/35 scale model and about a month later I received a USN F-14A. 1/72 scale model. Don’t order from 1001Hobbies. I recommend ScaleHobbyist.

I'm extremely disappointed by the order, which was delivered to me very late in the day. In fact, I dare say that it's quite simply a scam!!! The model I received, which cost me almost 100 euros, cannot be worth, in my opinion and comparing this product to something similar, can only be worth 20 euros. It seems inconceivable to me that specialists like you didn't realize this...

Hello, I have sent you several complaints. You still haven't replied. Faulty lamp whose bulb burned out the same day, burning the socket. The replacement bulb also burned out. Should the item be replaced, refunded or repaired? I don't dare plug in this lamp anymore (fire hazard?). Thank you for your reply. Sincerely

Very disappointed.... Package ordered on 15/12 received on 30....

Very disappointing. Package poorly protected. Deteriorated. Boxes folded in accordion. Order returned. Not used. Second-hand items.

I ordered a submarine model for my son for Christmas ordering the recommend paints that were listed against the model. When my son opened the box to start to build the model on Boxing Day, we discovered that only one of the paints recommended was correct and I’d wasted £22 on needless paints!
I have written to complain and heard nothing back. Won’t be using again.

Everything was fine. Except for the shipping that took a while. And I bought twice by mistake and one shipment did not give me the option to return and they sent me twice the same order.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the items were fine when they eventually arrived. Listed as 3-5 days delivery, they arrived after 13 days. They don’t answer the phone or answer emails. I paid extra to use PayPal, and extra for gift wrapping. The gift wrapping was appalling. Items arrived too late to give as an Xmas present. I won’t be using this company again.

Extremely long deliveries

Pretty poor communication, no response to my emails for over two weeks, goods only arrived after almost three weeks! Other providers manage the same in three days!

I am satisfied with 2 products purchased. Now, I regret that they were sent very late. When I placed my order (November 27), 1 of the 2 products was in stock and the other should have arrived within 2 to 4 weeks, i.e., before Christmas (they were Christmas gifts, so I was confident I'd be able to get them in time....). Unfortunately, after some time, I received a message from the site telling me that, due to stock shortages, my 2 items were going to be shipped to me after Christmas for receipt on the 30th. The baubles!!! No more Christmas presents!!! Fortunately, it was for people who no longer believe in Santa Claus and who had to make do with gift certificates while waiting for my parcel to arrive... I think a commercial gesture would have been welcome to compensate for this delay... Too bad they didn't offer me anything (even though my order was around 100 euros, which is no small amount...). So I'm a bit disappointed...

When you can't find out where the package you sent is, and it gets lost along the way, you're not selling! When they tell you that you have to wait 15 days maximum to be reimbursed, and two weeks later they tell you that there's no claim on your file, it's a disgrace! don't buy from them, they're really incompetent! you'll have understood, I'm very disappointed!

I placed my order on 4/12 to receive it in time for Christmas, my order was late... It still arrived before Christmas (on 24/12) but unfortunately I wasn't there to collect my parcel...
On the other hand, I had almost 0 information on the whereabouts of our parcel, which I find very unfortunate and annoying.

The product was fine, but did not arrive in time for Christmas Day. I was warned that there was going to be a delay and asked for confirmation if it was not going to arrive in time to buy something else..... There was no reply and it did not arrive in time.

Package ordered December 16 with expected delivery between December 20 and 23 arrived December 28. It was a gift for Christmas... So on December 24 I had to rush to find an alternative.... Very annoying...

The package did not arrive in time for Christmas and I had to buy another gift.

I am missing an order I have been sent the same order twice.

They should communicate the non-existence of the requested material, to give the option to cancel it and expedite the shipment of the material that they do have in stock.

Finding products from your suppliers is too slow, as is shipping. The products for sale are great and from many brands.

I am missing a part of the order and no one is responding to me about it. It's been 20 days now.

I went to the store in Paris 11 and was told that the item I wanted could only be purchased on the site! Order placed on the site on 16/12, payment made immediately. The available product was to be received within 2 to 4 days. Payment requested a second time on 18/12. Not having received proof of the 1st payment, I paid a second time to be sure of receiving it for Christmas. As a result, my order was counted twice (article and postage) because the 1st payment had been made! I was to receive my parcel before Christmas but then the product was no longer available! I sent messages and tried to call without any reply!
Having received nothing for Christmas, I called and finally got an answer! I asked for the order to be cancelled and reimbursed! The same day, I got a message telling me that the parcel was in my box, while a message told me that the product was still being restocked!
I'm willing to be understanding, it was Christmas, you were swamped, there's Covid, delivery times are hard to meet ... I'm not satisfied with this purchase and I do not recommend buying on your site!!!!

Happy with the product but disappointed with the packaging of the model and the utensils, which were delivered loose in the box...

Very mixed opinion, complicated order, order of 3 puzzles. After 3 days it was still being prepared, even though the site talks about fast delivery. When I sent a message, I was told that 1 puzzle was missing, and I was automatically given a credit note which did not interest me. I ask to cancel the order, and they accept my request and promise me a refund. 2 days later, this incomplete order is shipped. I'm offered to send the order back.... In short, after I don't know how many exchanges by e-mail because it's impossible to get them on the phone, I pick up the puzzles at a relay point and they promise to reimburse me for the missing puzzle which is still a credit .... I accept but I'm waiting..... Too bad they don't update the unavailabilities. The puzzles are great, well protected. But the after-sales service is pretty disastrous in the event of a problem that could have been resolved very quickly...

Very slow shipping, over a month, despite the item being in stock at purchase. Plastic item as described.

The two stars are because we did get our order eventually. But be warned that the products are shipped from another country and this company does not answer their phone or emails. You just have to have faith it will get there. I paid 45 dollars for expedited shipping however it still took 2 weeks for it to leave their warehouse in France. I ordered something else regular shipping and it took the same amount of time.

No one answers my calls. Delay too long (almost a month to receive my package) they sent my package in a mailbox that was not mine in another address and items that were not in stock but marked as available. To be avoided!

Unfortunately, I relied on "first impressions" here. My sister arrived with an idea for a Christmas present at almost the last minute. The item she bought had a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. I therefore expected the gift to arrive by post on 22.12 at the latest. In fact, it took a whole 9 working days before it arrived. If you look at the information on this page, it also states a time of between 7 and 9 working days. Exactly 1 working day elapsed between the parcel being handed in and me receiving it. This means that the shipping process, originally 2 to 4 days, actually took 7 working days. That may not be a problem in itself, but if you visit your family on the 24th and are therefore not at home to accept and hand over the parcel, it's really stupid. Why isn't the 7 to 9 day delivery time mentioned when ordering, then I would have decided not to order here, but that's probably the problem. I would have spent my money with someone else. It's a shame that there is this lack of transparency.

I ordered a fishing boat and found an item with 2 boats in the same parcel. The length, and I think the only one in the description, was that of the 14cm parcel and not that of the boats because they are only about 5cm long.

Stated 5-8 days delivery time, but it got much later. Can always be a little later due to the holiday rush, but this late is not really neat. At ali express where you guys get it I probably would have gotten it earlier. Needed it quickly for a joke and now it was so much too late

It is not possible to ship A4 size decal sheets without hard protection. Mine arrived 50 percent damaged.

Very disappointed with this site, order placed on December 9, delivery scheduled for December 18, then scheduled for early January. After several complaints finally delivered on the 24th. With other sites, delivery takes place in 2 or 3 days for the same product. Unreliable site

I found the shipping package in the stairwell without having signed anything for acceptance. It does not seem logical to me since the condominiums did not declare anything to me and for that since my name was listed it was considered that the delivery was delivered to myself and not to other people...now I am waiting for the refund of the credit note amounting to € 28.89 since more than 14 working days have passed .thank you!!! Thank you!!!

I would have liked to have been notified earlier of stock shortages and not have to wait 1 month for delivery.
