The paint I ordered was missing. I think it was surely an oversight given the very small size of the item. Too bad

It was a Three Kings gift and I received the package a month later.

Lack of communication regarding order tracking, very long waiting time and not very accommodating when pre-orders are not available as expected.

I arrive more than a month late

I am absolutely dissatisfied. I have already filed a complaint on your site - which went unanswered, so I will reiterate the points: 1) I ordered two boxes: an Airfix Mustang P51D 1:24 and a 'Male' MKI tank - I only received the Mustang 2) The box of the Mustang is in poor condition - crushed - but it is impossible here to send you the photos attached to my complaint again. (I can resend them to you!) My rating is actually ZERO stars, given not only your lamentable service but also your complete lack of responsiveness - receiving a request for feedback even before any reaction to my complaint made just an hour after receiving the package is ridiculous. I am eagerly awaiting a response from you.

The item I ordered was a Christmas gift. It arrived last week, while the website stated that the item was available. Only after ordering and payment was it reported that the item would be delivered later. Thus, I had no Christmas gift...

Order placed on January 23 with a promised delivery on January 30, finally delivery scheduled for February 5, unacceptable. I don't know if I will place my second order, I'm still thinking because I'm really disappointed.

Order placed for Christmas, the package was supposed to be delivered on time. Shipped only at the end of January while we had requested a refund. Unreliable site, I do not recommend it.

Too long delay and damaged item

No home delivery as agreed. Collection of the package after 3 trips to the post office and no explanation for the delay in availability.

My order arrived about 40 days late at least that's what they tell me in an email I don't know where they left it in a block of 40 neighbors and I still don't see any package. I have requested a refund through PayPal because you don't respond. I will not place any more orders with you and even less recommend you.

The pre-order delivery took literally a year. They can't use the "it's a preorder" excuse since other shops in NL had them available after a few months. I got so tired of waiting that I bought the items from different shops around the 8-9 month mark. They don't do full refunds, only a percentage—my fault for not reading through their entire rule list. I'm sure if I had the task to read, I would've read the reviews first. One of the items got sold out at some point, which I was so surprised by, considering I bought it, what, 8-10 months ago? Leave it in the corner to collect dust while we wait for the other item, no? Anyways, never again for me, but I'm sure some people were lucky enough to have accidentally good experiences here.

Unfortunately, the outer box was cut, apparently with a cutter, even the back of the figurine

We waited a long time for the delivery; the support took several days to respond to the request. Then it went smoothly without further issues.

0 technical support and they sell you things they don't have so it arrives very late

a first order that never arrived because the product no longer existed!! but I had to claim it to be informed. on the other hand, very responsive to "collect" the payment! otherwise, when I placed a replacement order everything arrived very quickly. but as I already mentioned, it was a Christmas gift (2025) and not 2026. moreover, I would have appreciated a commercial gesture for all these inconveniences.

I have already sent two emails, one on January 23 at 5:15 PM and another on January 28 at 8:24 PM ([email protected] and [email protected]), to inform you that I only received 3 of the 4 kits I ordered. The missing kit is the "I Love Kit Ilov63502", a fully flexible M19 transporter. I do not understand how a company like yours could make the mistake of not checking the contents of the package. The box sent is too small to contain the four kits I ordered, as shown in the attached photos. And the box includes a document from your side identifying the 4 kits. This is absurd. I am an important customer of large European companies such as MN Modelar, MBK, and Opusmodels; Maquette Char Promo, Mig Jummenez, Ak, Model Plastic World, Plastmodel, Éxito, Super Hobby, among others, and I have never had such an experience as yours. I would like to know if you will send me the missing kit or if I will receive a refund.

Very long delivery time 2 months for a Christmas gift that arrived much too late

I review all the emails addressed to another person since the order was placed and throughout all the steps until delivery! Impossible to reach you by phone, I must necessarily open a ticket but for that I also need to create an account! A crazy story! Marked products in stock that are not. No communication

I am above my 1st order because I did not receive the entirety and it has been more than 2 months that I am waiting for it or that I should be refunded. I still have no news and I have sent at least 3 emails and I still have no response. I hope to have an answer soon

wrong item, still have not received the ordered item

I have never received the package nor a response; I feel scammed. The purchase was made before Christmas. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a reply. I am considering taking legal action for fraud. It is outrageous; I paid for the product and shipping.

damaged order received (paint pots that spilled in the package damaging a royal model detailing kit) I communicated this to customer service several days ago (15) and I have had no response from them.....

As I already wrote, there is an error in the order I received a box of US Seminole war volunteers instead of the 7th PRUSSIAN Uhlan.

The package never arrived, it was shipped to Paris, when I was expecting it in Rome, Italy, and despite my reports, I received no assistance from anyone, losing the package forever and without a refund. TERRIBLE!

Glue doesn't always stick and doesn't fit as it should

You guys take to long to ship regular mail. Not happy about it.

Figurine ordered on 18/12, displayed in stock and also shown as "delivered in 7 days" (also mentioned in the invoice), that is, on 25/12. Perfect for the holidays. On 25/12, no news of my order, I receive an email on 29/12 informing me that the figurine was specially ordered for me and that there is a delay with the supplier. I am promised in the same email a shipment for 09/01. On 13/01, still no news of my order, I send an email to customer service to find out where it stands and to request a refund for my order if it was not shipped by 19/01. Response by automatic message informing me that customer service is reorganizing and that the response time is a bit longer. Well, we are not at a week more, right? The person I wanted to give the figurine to will wait a bit longer! Finally, I receive the automatic email stating that the order was shipped on 15/01 and I received a response from customer service on 20/01, that is, after the delivery of the package... Although the prices are attractive, the seller does not keep the commitments he promises on his site: the stock is not accurate or up to date, the delivery times have not been respected, and the lack of information on the status of the order did not help at all. Unique and last time I order.

I do not recommend. Order placed on December 15 with estimated delivery on December 23. Package arrived on January 24, JANUARY !!

I still have not received the right product that I ordered

I haven't received my order and on top of that, a catastrophic customer service. I made a request on 15/01/2026 and today is 23/01/2026, still no response.
