The longer delivery times for the majority of items that are apparently not in stock are already pointed out when ordering. So nothing is promised that cannot be kept. The order and delivery history can be viewed on the website and the contact regarding two questions was friendly and direct. So if you have patience and don't necessarily look at every euro, this is a good place to order.

The excessive delay in shipping generated additional costs and logistical complications for me to receive the purchased order. I live in Argentina, I bought so that the order could reach a relative in the USA, calculating enough time for it to reach this person before traveling to my country and bringing it to me. The shipment to the USA was delayed, my family member traveled without having received the order, and in the end I was able to receive it by arranging the shipment to my country by another means with additional costs. Furthermore, when I requested the return they wanted to charge me for shipping costs, with the business being responsible for the time it took for delivery.
