It was a gift. The order was placed on the 26th and on their website they announced shipping in 3-5 days and it arrived today, preventing it from fulfilling its function. If they can't meet the shipping deadlines they should have informed you in advance. it is not acceptable.

Wasn't informed from the start about import fees and still being charged VAT also so that was a downer. The negative assessment is for having put on sale products that instead it was impossible to find and having ordered in early December in order to receive x Christmas this misunderstanding has created me a bit 'of problems ... Excellent instead the management of the problem a customercare always present with email updates and the resolution in the total refund took place in the time needed for foreign bank ...so to avoid the larks as sales and give real availability of products only then you acquire loyalty from customers!
