Super bad I ordered something November 27 and it is now January 6 and still have nothing and if you send them a message they send weeks later that they will come tomorrow or the day after even though it is not coming so want me money back!!!!

It was a bit difficult to navigate tracking since I do not speak French and switching to English got lost in the lack of translation. My model came on time and I am overall very pleased. In the future if i am looking for a certain model and they have it I will go after it..

It took 10 days after the order to tell me that an item was missing. I asked for a refund and then an email informed me that I would receive the item (which was almost twice as expensive as the competition) and then with 22 or 23 emails received it was too much Result: I received everything but it was very very complicated.
