A well-designed site for product selection, with a good choice of paints, especially enamel. More small-scale modeling equipment would be appreciated, and would help beginners who struggle to find what they need in the local shops. Fast shipping and excellent service.

The items ordered were delivered very quickly. The children haven't used the models yet, but they will soon, given the confinement. I think I ordered these models at the right time.

- Ordered on 08022020. No indication of item availability or delivery date when I placed my order. - Still nothing received on 26022020! No information on the status of delivery despite the delay. I conclude that I was sold an item that was not in stock (which never arrived and which is now reported as unavailable). - I call customer service to cancel my order. The person I spoke to (a nice person, it has to be said) asked me to confirm it in writing and announced that a refund would not be forthcoming for another two weeks. - I write to express my dissatisfaction, saying that I'd been sold an item that wasn't available. I'm told I'm mistaken. What is it then? - I go back to the site today and I see that the order was cancelled on 10022020 !!! Instead of 26022020 (date of my call). - And finally: I've been trying to unsubscribe from the newsletter ever since and I'm still receiving promotional emails! I don't recommend this site!

Laatste bestelling ooit Laatste bestelling ooit, eerst krijg je een mail dat je item verzonden is, als je na 1 week vraagt waar je pakje blijft is er ineens een probleem met de leverancier, dus vraag ik wanneer mijn pakje zal toekomen en dat ze geen mail moeten sturen met track and trace als er nog niets verzonden is, het zou bij hun toekomen op het einde van de week begin volgende week, maar dan moet het nog naar mij gestuurd worden.....nog een week langer...... En dan krijg je als antwoord op een mail, je hebt toch onze policy gelezen. Klantenservice nul, beleefdheid nul. Ik ga op de hobbyclub absoluut geen reclame maken....integendeel.....

Parcel ordered on March 18 still not sent to date (March 25). I know there's an exceptional situation but I've contacted them to get information about the delivery since March 20 and to date there's been no response from the logistics team.
