Perfect order, fast delivery.

An order placed on November 3rd says according to their website that it will be shipped on the 15th of that month on the 28th I still don't know anything about the shipment since the distributor in Madrid has not arrived in 13 days of travel from France to Spain today it has to be bringing a lame donkey at least I will continue to wait but little hope that this appears. I strongly advise against this sales site. Order made on Nov. 5th with PayPal payment. Product advertised for shipment in 3 working days! Phone call on Nov. 9th. ..... Still no shipment? Problem cited Product not available at other point of sale!!!?. Refund request on Nov. 12 by telephone. Refund promised on Nov. 13 (only on Wednesdays?)...Still nothing on the following Wednesday, Nov. 20!
