Delivery was very fast despite a 2-day delay due to "" gilets jaunes "". On the other hand, I found the same model recently at France-Maquettes for 23.90 € whereas it cost me 41.90 € at your place... I'll look twice at my next order!

Nothing to say about the order, which (as always) went off without a hitch. Concern about the payment, which was debited twice. Immediate reactivity after my call with the fastest possible refund (three days later). Package not packed with sufficient care. A simple cardboard box too large for its container, closed with a single piece of tape on the top...as a result, the box arrived crushed and even torn in places. The box containing my model was therefore folded and one of the parts inside was detached from its support...free warning as nothing was broken, but it makes me reluctant to recommend anything from you...when we know how little care the postal service takes with parcels, we owe it to ourselves to do better!
