Good service but confusing site The transition to order confirmation in the ordering process seems confusing to me. It's the 2nd time I've had to interrupt my order before finally managing to finalize it.

Ordered Paid Goods not received. Service not available by phone. Service contacted by e-mail, no answer, Paypal switched on, no reaction, well what else can I say, I guess now comes the standard answer that it is a problem with DHL, so is usually responded to reviews that are related to not received goods. DHL is certainly also to blame for the fact that the customer service shows no reaction and that the buyer is not given a shipment number. fortunately not all online stores are so modest Since I unfortunately cannot answer the received answer to this evaluation in any other way, I add this one. there was no refund and no goods so far. the case with Paypal is still open and also no reaction to date.Above all, I wonder how there can be a problem with the product if the goods are already out, has someone at DHL checked the contents and told them that, for me it borders on fraud what is going on with this company, just excuses or silence, take money and not deliver, I don't know what they call it in France but here in Germany we call it fraud.
