I placed my order in early January (over 100.- Euros) and never received it! I contacted the after-sales service in March by e-mail, as telephone assistance was nowhere to be found. They replied within the hour, telling me to come back to me with more information... I'm still waiting for their explanations. Although I've written to them 2 or 3 times, they haven't replied! It's now April and I'm no longer waiting for a delivery that will never arrive, but I'd like to have my money.

I'm not demanding about delivery times (it's imperative that the people working there can do so in the best possible conditions and without having to be squeezed like lemons).
