I recommend it. I was supposed to receive my order between the 15th and the 17th and I received it on the 12th. Delighted with this first order from 1001 maquettes and the product was exactly what I ordered.

Good product - poor communication with US customer The model is good quality & arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. However, the email confirmation quoted delivery at 9 months after ordering for some reason. When I called the customer service # with Boston area code to ask about this, no one ever answered the line and the voicemail was in French. Despite not knowing any French, I left a message anyway and never got a response. I emailed as well and did not get a response. This item was for an anniversary gift so timing was important. Glad they came through but if you have a question, you may have trouble getting an answer.

Entirely reliable site: accurate descriptions, fast delivery and a wide variety of products and prices. Above all, you'll find the information you need to make up your own mind (if you don't know anything about products), but without jargon or abusive sales pitches. So the advice is honest. Both times we were even surprised to receive a product of better quality than the one we thought we'd discovered. Since the first purchase, I've realized that I'll be going straight back to the shop.
