I placed the order in Nov 13 and to date (Dec 03) I have not received anything the goods are reported shipped with DHL on 24112014 but the tracking is invalid. I have sent several emails to customer service but no one has deigned to respond. Will the goods arrive????

For 2 months now I have been waiting for my delivery which should have been delivered to me 15 months ago??! The particularly bad thing is that nobody from the company thinks it is worth the effort to even say a word in response to my requests. I have no choice but to get a statement and my money through a lawyer. Congratulations to everyone who had a problem-free delivery. Lucky you!

The package arrived a little later than stated on the website with regard to the time frame for processing the request. However they kept in constant contact to notify me of the minor mishap as well as all other fulfillment (accepting request preparing package and shipping).
