I placed an order for two items after a reminder 10 days later and still had not received the parcel. After the 3rd message, I was told that one item was not available in the color I had ordered. Having accepted, I received my parcel but I only had one article out of two. I was told that they didn't know when it would be available. Ordered on 10.01. Confirmation of receipt of payment on 12.01. (so far great!) but only on 17.01. the notification that the items have been shipped. This is ok so far but not a top value.
