I found the shipping package in the stairwell without having signed anything for acceptance. It does not seem logical to me since the condominiums did not declare anything to me and for that since my name was listed it was considered that the delivery was delivered to myself and not to other people...now I am waiting for the refund of the credit note amounting to € 28.89 since more than 14 working days have passed .thank you!!! Amazing that a company that seeks so much feedback is so poor. Goods shown as in stock weren't, emails to customer service were ignored. Over a month from ordering to receiving my goods. Funniest thing was after leaving feedback on another site and making it clear I would never order from this company again, they sent me a code for a whole 10 euros off my next order!
