Excessively high shipping costs

It took 3 weeks to dispatch and another week to deliver! I sent messages asking for status update. No response.

I give it two stars because despite paying 15 euros for urgent shipping, the gift not only didn't arrive for Christmas, but the package was delivered by Correos, which was not urgent shipping, and I had to go to the office to pick it up.

I paid 12.99€ for express delivery and my package was sent standard and arrived a week later than expected, I will never order from this site again.

Seriousness, simplicity to order, a next order will be shipped soon

Package delayed for weeks. As a result, not received in time for Christmas. I have to resend it at my expense to my nephew in the province. And I won't see his face when opening the gift. Deceptive site that made me believe the game was in stock but apparently not. Very disappointed.

True came damaged. Despite paying 4 euros for double packaging, there was nothing to see and it was simply stuffed into a box that was too small. An absolute disgrace! I will definitely not order anything here again.

First part of the order received on time and without problems, however one item was missing, it took several months to receive my item even though the store knew that the item was missing at the time of shipment. I had to remind them twice that the item was missing to receive it

The package arrived well wrapped and packaged. But it said that the delivery date of the package was 29/12 and I received it on 05/01. I also tried to contact the company to see if there was any issue with the shipment and I did not get any response. And the package tracking service was not working. I will not place an order with this company again.

The package took longer than reported, resulting in someone not having their gift at a family party. This can be somewhat understood, but when I notice upon picking up the package that one of the ordered items is broken (email with proof to follow), it becomes much harder for me to accept. All ordered items were sent together in one large box, with the fragile items packed together in the box with the heavy items and without any protection in the box, such as paper filling or similar, to minimize the shaking of the items. Result = fragile item broken. Please either package the items (or at least the fragile items) separately or ensure more protection in the box because if someone has already paid a euro, it should be in order... especially when you have to give someone who is waiting for their gift a broken gift...

Hello, I paid 14 euros to have it within 24 hours, ordered on Tuesday for Friday, but I only received it on Monday.

Delay of 4 months to receive my order! No response on the phone, responses by email made by a bot! Honestly, I do not recommend at all

Short review: order only if you don't mind delays. Do not order if in a rush. Long review: I have made an order on the website, although I was worried bc of the reviews. I ordered an item on the 7th of December, that said "in stock, sent within a week, delivered by the 19th of December". In the end received it on the 28th. The order was fine, not damaged, it was an original dragon ball pod figure. Feedback to the company/advice to future clients: The advertisement on the website is tricky. You must read the purchase terms before purchasing. Unless it says the item is ready for same day ship, they won't actually have it in stock, their providers will. They're essentially drop shipping. The communication from the company is poor. Sent many emails, only received response from one, that I ended up sending in french(although I purchased from the Spanish website). It's not a bad company, but it could do with some better clarification for clients and better customer service. I hope to see this improve.

Delivery took much longer than expected. The item seemed to be in stock on the website but after ordering it turned out that it had to be ordered from the supplier. Ordered on December 9, and now on January 1 the message that it will be in Budbee tomorrow. We'll see.

Terrible. They never respond to emails, the product was available at the time of purchase but then they didn't ship it on time. They shipped the product after a month. Fortunately, I received a refund from PayPal.
