Quick delivery and proper packaging, never had any problems don several orders. Only 4 stars because I only give 5 if there were problems resolved to my satisfaction and with them I never needed to contact customer service.

Hello, following this first order of more than 200€, I would like to point out that I was supposed to benefit from a promotional code, but at the time of placing the order, it was impossible to register it, so I asked for a commercial gesture and there was no response... I think this is a shame and does not encourage me to continue working with them.

Big delivery problems. Long delivery time, incompetent shipping service, but customer service (Laure) is fighting to rectify the situation.

When I opened the box and checked it over, I noticed that a few small parts were missing because they were broken, especially the throttle control, which is admittedly small, and also that some parts were broken when attached to the frame, which was a shame!

Received the day after I ordered, so far so good... I open the box... Pfff Very very disappointed, poor quality model, very succinct, I found the models of my childhood cheap ... On the other hand, I don't think this one is worth the 53 euros paid. Model for children only.

Site reasonably easy to use so no issues there. An interesting variety of stuff but on a specific mission which was accomplished.
Only grumble was that the product was sourced from overseas and not .uk as the site hinted at. The service and updates for delivery were good so again, little to moan about!

Conforming products, fast delivery, wide choice of models. Too bad prices are higher than on other sites.

My order was delivered quickly and correctly. Very good, but having to pay TWO shipping costs! 1 for delivery to your premises in Paris PLUS 1 for home delivery ... I find this a bit excessive.

Order arrived quickly, unfortunately one item was missing. Two weeks later something completely different arrived. Wrong article for the description and / or wrong article number. Now I'm getting my money back, even though the correct item would have been available. They must have realized that it was cheaper this way. I will never order here again

In the case of my last order I would say that I got it fairly quickly. About the navigation I find it not very easymaybe I am wrong in using it. Certainly there is a large assortment.
