the 1/48 scale pilot I spent $21 on did not even fit in the 1/48 scale model I was building. At least they sent it quickly.

VERY bad because there is not completely NUL, First 14 days including 11 to make a package is bad! but more unpacking! DECEPTION because the products sold under the heading " PAINT IN BOMB " are small pots! The navigation on your site is sometimes complicated. Nothing to say about the delivery, perfect. Customer service, I have two experiences two boxes where parts were missing, one box was changed, nothing for the other. so half satisfied. Still a little expensive but a lot of choice. I will return.

They sent me the model with insufficient protection, and the box arrived to me quite squashed and with a huge hole. The boxes of the scale models are not very resistant cardboard, if you don't put that box in a more resistant external one, the "careful" guys of Correos or the parcel companies can crush the package quite a lot. I informed 1001hobbies of the incident and so far I have no answer.

I have received the package. The content of a bottle of epoxy has come out of the package. I have filed a claim with photos and so far I only receive questions without logic, everything is clear in the photos and my explanations. It seems they want to evade their responsibility. I’ve only ordered Heller paints, which I like. In my first order, one was completely dried up, but the rest were fine. Web site is a little confusing, but overall, okay.

My first experience with 1001 hobbies was really bad. Items are marked as "available", but they are available from their suppliers, not available for delivery. I bought 8 boxes, they sent me only 2, after many exchanges by email (because impossible to reach them by phone). And I'm still waiting for a refund for the boxes that weren't delivered...
