Not easy for some searches. In model aircraft, you should have the options "Mounting kit" or "Mounted, injected metal" or "Mounted, plastic".

1 purchase and the last and not due to covid the slowness of delivery. I ordered in Spain and on other sites and everything arrived on time..never again for me.

Delivered a little later than promised. But otherwise correctly

This transaction was really weird. The order was done via eBay. It took forever to arrive--3 weeks. I tracked it, and discovered that item was if I never bought it, AND it showed up $20 more! Very confusing. I actually thought I didn't REALLY order it! Then poof, it arrives on my doorstep days later, in a huge box! The item box was only 11 inches long and 3 inches tall. I could have fit at least 6 of those boxes (air to air missiles for F16 models) in that 1 huge box. No wonder the shipping charges were so high! I feel like I have been ripped off a little bit because of the shipping. Unfortunately, they were the only ones that carried this item so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do when I need item again for my special needs son of 30 years.

Finally received after an uncertain period, no track and trace working properly. I am not yet convinced to order here again, maybe if the service improves.

Received model kit upon opening find that both sides of the chassis are broken this is now going on for two weeks still no further forward after emailing about the issue on a number of occasions still not resolved £130 spent only to be ignored by customer support

Took several days for the ordered to arrive. No problem for me! Package was small, might as well have been in the mail!

Very bad! Item sent 1 month after order! Material missing

It's the first order, I can't say much about it. The material arrived correctly,

Selection of the Clever Paper models was extensive and the prices were excellent. The box for shipping, tho', was larger than needed for the goods and the paper that should have cushioned the products wasn't used efficiently; it didn't really "cushion" anything. No damage, tho'.

Time far too long

Correct shipment BUT products not tested, result: unusable products

Paid for a 2/3 day delivery of a product supposedly available on the website. It arrived 10 days later when I was already on vacation. No excuse, no refund of shipping costs...

meets my expectations

I'm sorry but I waited 9 days to receive the package,despite the fact that I paid the postage for 3/4 business day delivery.

twice I ordered the same model. Each time the model in the box was different from the box. This time I have sent three emails to three contact addresses and I have not received a replacement.

The site is pretty good and easy to use, it's a shame we can't find all brands of paint, but we manage to find what we need.

Very nice maybe the navigation system could be improved a bit. Package arrived early, very helpful after a little inconvenience.

please note my last two orders, the boxes for the pa foch and the pa charles de gaulles were damaged and the models had suffered some damage, but this can be repaired. the fault lies with the packaging of the models. check with the supplier. it's true that you offer a wide choice of models and this is appreciated.
