Website should have stated that stock was not held in the uk and import duty/vat was payable. The note that additional cost may be due to COVID was misleading. The import duty should have been stated before conformation of order.

Parcel sent late, then attempt at 4:50 am to deliver my parcel, relay point closed (normal). Customer service replied that the parcel had arrived, but nothing more, the same for mondial relay.
