What I ordered is okay, but the time between ordering and having paid and arriving at my place is far too long for a website at 6 days. I have emailed you about this before but received no reply. This also happened to me with a previous order and then the excuse was a computer malfunction. Also, when I call I get a French voice on the line, which doesn't help either. Hence the moderate rating from me. Regards, Rut Jan

I was happy with 1001 Hobbies lead times and delivery. They should pay a bit more attention to packaging to ensure the contents dosn't get crushhed a bit, not severe. I do save the boxes to the models I purchase. Also the limitations of credit card usage to only $250 was a bit restrictive. All in all they seem to have the products i wanted over some other sites and i havew been pleased with them.

The model kit arrived in good condition and time, considering the package had to pass through customs.
The email containing the delivery information though, was displayed in French, and even when I selected the Union Jack icon to specify UK language, only a very small portion of the page was translated to English. But no other issues. All was good.

Very bad. Order shipped from France wrapped in nothing but some bubble wrap! ANY model kit needs to boxed in a larger box and then padded with newspaper, bubble wrap etc. your order arrived promptly but was crushed in transit. NEVER ship a model without boxing in a bigger box and padding it. You must be stupid not to know this

One of the resin detail sets had a broken exhaust and a broken "protective" flange. No big deal, but I believe additional protection packaging should be implemented. This would likely have prevented the breakage. Also I feel the shipping time was considerable, even with the pandemic, though I realize the postal system was the culprit here..

Super well packaged, everything is ok, nothing is missing. Just one thing that is not great, the waiting time to get his package. In fact often what we order is not really in stock, so we will have a small 15en days waiting before having our order. Nothing serious but it would be nice to know if it is in stock or in stock " deferred " when you order. thank you to the whole team and looking forward to recommending you.
