There is only one point that I have to criticize and this does not concern 1001 Hobbies but DHL. The envelope was pressed into the letterbox so that it tore and no longer protected the delivery. In the end, it lay torn on top of the delivery. Fortunately, the delivery was undamaged.

Parcel sent late, then attempt at 4:50 am to deliver my parcel, relay point closed (normal). Customer service replied that the parcel had arrived, but nothing more, the same for mondial relay. Finally, the parcel arrived late. And broken object. Customer service asked me for a photo, offered me a refund if I returned the item or a discount if I kept my broken mug! I asked customer service how returns work, and never heard from them again! To flee!!!!!

The item arrived damaged and so far I have not had any response to my E-mails to the company - I will probably have to ask my bank to initiate a claw back to see if I can get a refund that way - such a shame

What I ordered is okay, but the time between ordering and having paid and arriving at my place is far too long for a website at 6 days. I have emailed you about this before but received no reply. This also happened to me with a previous order and then the excuse was a computer malfunction. Also, when I call I get a French voice on the line, which doesn't help either. I was happy with 1001 Hobbies lead times and delivery. They should pay a bit more attention to packaging to ensure the contents dosn't get crushhed a bit, not severe. I do save the boxes to the models I purchase. Also the limitations of credit card usage to only $250 was a bit restrictive. All in all they seem to have the products i wanted over some other sites and i havew been pleased with them.
