Nul hyper nul, and once again my opinion will be refused... They sell you models with unusable plans and this company doesn't give a damn, they give you a credit of 15% of the price of your order excluding shipping costs, which of course remain at your expense. Run away from this store, error when buying an item, email within 12 hours to cancel the order and no response. The store sends the item (it happens) on the other hand procedure for product return initiated on their site (archaic by the way) and it's been 5 days that I'm waiting for someone to deign to answer me, the way customers are treated is not acceptable.

One reference missing on 4 and if I hadn't been bitching about it I think I'd still be waiting. Didn't bother to contact me to apologize for the delay. Didn't even send a partial order. I had time to order 2 times in Japan and 2 times in Belgium and received the kits before. Very disappointing experience. Wouldn't do it again.

The only tracking information provided to the customer is the payment receipt, the arrival of the parcel at the delivery point and the collection of the parcel from the delivery point. The order processing time is very long (it's certainly advertised)... so long that items in stock when the order is confirmed are no longer in stock when the order is prepared. And the customer receives no information. 1001hobbies offers RC items that I can't find on other sites in France... This state of affairs should not lead to a lack of information for the customer.

The order arrived very late. One item (Marvel figure) was delivered broken in the box. When I contacted customer service, I was answered in Dutch and was not offered a return or anything similar for a defective item, but a voucher for 5 euros. Is that a joke? I was also asked to send a photo. Just keep your hands off and order elsewhere for a higher price than from this joke of a company.
