Horribly disappointed by 1001 hobbies, my box of Warhammer miniatures wasn't even in a cardboard box, just wrapped in bubble wrap, so the box was damaged, and there was some damage inside, notably to a set and part of a miniature. Unfortunately it took a long time before my order was sent while everything was supposed to be in stock. When I received the package on the 10th day after ordering, 1 of the 5 ordered items turned out not to be in it. I e-mailed about this myself and got the reply that the item was no longer in stock and that a one-time credit note for that value was put on my account. This reply was fortunately in Dutch because all other (automatic mail) came in French. Very disappointing for a first order.
