Fast and efficient delivery, but the products delivered were of B- quality when they should have been of higher quality.

Delivery a little long but product conforms

Book ordered (Codex Space Marines) arrived with one corner damaged because it wasn't packed well enough. Only 2 sheets of craft paper in a cardboard box for protection, how could it be so? We need to be more vigilant when it comes to shipping items that are not properly packed.

Ongeveer 2 weken geeft de track and trace aan dat het pakket moet worden opgehaald door de bezorgdienst. Dit gebeurt maar niet. Twee keer gemaild en de toezegging gedaan door 1001hobbies dat het snel op de post zou gaan. Helaas nog geen resultaat. Ik hoop dat deze review 1001hobbies tot actie aanzet. ik hoop dat jullie dit bericht serieus nemen. Ik heb gelijk betaald. Nu moeten jullie mijn bestelling snel op de post doen. Mochten jullie willen reageren? Doe dat dan maar in het Frans. Dan kunnen jullie wellicht beter uitleggen waarom het zo lang duurt!

Very good choice of product

Ordered 10 days ago and still nothing... Not even tracking activated yet. OK, there's covid and therefore longer delivery times, but the delivery costs aren't going down. Thank you for requesting an evaluation when I still have nothing.

I'm satisfied with the models I've ordered and made. Only the presentation of the model is sometimes a little light (Ex on 3 identical models we find 3 different prices: the manufacturers are not the same and the number of parts certainly either).

Neighboring countries and it takes 12 days to ship my order !!! we are in a difficult period (covid) ok but you are the only country that takes a lot of time to ship I have another order in progress how long will it take ???

The item is no longer available on the 4th day after confirmed receipt of payment. A replacement or voucher is offered. I only need this particular item and have declared my withdrawal from the purchase contract. Since 1001 modellbau cannot fulfill their part of the contract according to their mail, I expect the full amount already paid including shipping costs back.

Wide choice of brands and modelsneed only to be a little bit patient regarding delivery timing and I recommend the site to avoid sending suggestions for future orders by filling the mailbox unnecessarilythe package arrived with careful packaging to avoid problems with the most delicate models.

Not truthful about inventory? When I ordered the product it was stated it was in stock, two weeks later I received notification the product was shipped - I have still not received the product. Their are either very disorganized or not truthful about their inventory. My order was two masking sets that would fit into an envelope and their shipping fees where extremely high. I wanted the product so I moved forward. Other vendors had the same product, lower cost and lower shipping but were truthful about delivery time (that would be sooner than this experience). Next time, I will go with the other vendors. Update - Feb 21, 2021 and still have not received the product - ordered Jan 31, 2021 Update: Feb 26, 2021 Received the package. It is an Eduard masking kit. They do say that on their site, but I missed that..my fault. I have ordered from Eduard direct in the past, about the same price but far lower shipping cost and delivery was much faster.

12 days to process the order then postage time also. Not acceptable. I thought I was buying from a Spanish company but it is in France. I looked for a Spanish company to speed up postage and after the order was placed I find it is France which is not a problem but 12 days to process the order!!!! Cheaper and quicker postage to buy from UK supplier. Not happy.

Very bad experience. The order arrived on December 21 and was not what we expected so we requested a refund on December 27 and sent the package. The transport company informed us that the package had been received by 1001 maquetas and after seeing that the 15 days for the refund had passed we wrote to them to find out why they had not contacted us and had not made the refund of the amount 7995€. It is a scam we have been robbed and after writing several emails no one has contacted us.

Correct order but the shipment of a padded A5 envelope could have been sent by registered mail. Delivery by Mondial Relais is a disaster. Delivery time too long and unprofessional service.

SCAM They claim to have never received my payment, even though all the information was correct and my bank confirmed that I sent the payment. They spam mails that I say ""it appears we haven't received your payment"" and when you try to solve the issue they just stall. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Ordered two in-stock items on 23rd December and received 9th February. Far too late to be of any use and ignored all my polite requests to cancel order and refund. Accept Brexit excuse but expected delivery delays should be made much more obvious at time of order. Covid is not acceptable as every other supplier is managing perfectly well. Will not trouble them with my business again.

Very long preparation time. Order placed on the 5th and not yet prepared on the 10th. I think this will be my last order.

I had a problem with delivery wrong material then after verification they sent me part of the order and the rest refunded with a voucher. Well I am satisfied for the seriousness is not everyone recognize the 'mistake and repair.

I was asked to review my experience before receipt of goods.... mah! Anyway I describe my experience (still unfinished): January 17 order sent from 1001 but never arrived at destination.... second order from 3001 .... merged with the first one (probably the goods returned to the sender) the two orders were merged but as of today (February 8) still not shipped. One does not expect Amazon's punctuality and speed but some more info and above all avoid sending messages ""goods to destination"" when you still do not know where it is. I hope this only happened to me.... I remain waiting. Update Feb 22: Order still not shipped

Great price very fast shipping. Given the delicacy of the item shipped and the cost of shipping I would have preferred a more padded package.
