I placed an order on December 15 for paints and a paint-tool kit. To date, on January 4, my order has still not been dispatched. They justified this by saying that the kit in question was no longer in stock, even though it was available when I placed my order. What's more, I paid for a more expensive Colissimo delivery, only to receive nothing. So I cancelled my order and am waiting for a refund. Regarding the models, I find it shameful that, given the price of some of them (Titanic 03719 model at over 400 euros), neither paint nor tools are supplied. What's more, the prices on the site are unjustified. The same Titanic model at 340 euros on Amazon with delivery.

Not only did it arrive more than 15 days late according to the date indicated, but they also did not send one of the items I had purchased because they did not have it in stock. Not content with that, they have not even written me to tell me that they did not send it but they send me a discount voucher for that amount instead of making the refund because it is not a return but a failure in their warehouse. They impose an abusive price (about 70 euros) to avoid paying shipping costs and try to correct their mistake with a discount voucher that of course I do not intend to use because I do not intend to trust this company.
