It was just a pity that the models you didn't have in stock weren't indicated. So it took almost a month from the order (November 17) to payment by credit card and delivery... in mid-December... But you have some interesting models. In any case, I can recommend your brand without hesitation.

Too bad there is no such thing as 0. I placed an order on 1312 with a supposed delivery date of 1712. After several reminders radio silence. I chose the articles specifically to have them for Christmas and it will not be the case. More than 10€ FOR SHIPPING. It's all nonsense and taking people for idiots. I'm disgusted. I don't recommend it and would like to be remitted.

My request for a refund is deliberately ignored! Several days after placing my order, I was informed that my item was no longer available due to a stock problem. I asked for a refund. No response. I sent another e-mail and was told that my article would soon be dispatched. I still haven't received the model I ordered on December 16, despite paying €14.99 for delivery within 48 hours! My package has still not left. Impossible to chat with them on their site. I left an e-mail on Saturday but no reply to date. Very disappointed. I hope to receive this gift for my husband sooner.

I work in the children's sector and we too have been faced with a health crisis since 130320 and have had to reinvent ourselves to be able to work more or less normally.
