Very happy with the 1001 Maquettes website. Suggestion: recommend a custom paint pack for the models ordered.

order of 711 I was to be delivered on the 23rd ...nothing on the 24th message informing me that I had refused the parcel ?? on the 30th parcel available again ...but nothing at the relay point. today parcel apparently available again . third trip to the relay point (time taken out of my working hours) still nothing ... I made this comment three days ago . since then well nothing ... tel rings in a vacuum no message no communication . in view of the countless positive reviews I'm really out of luck . what can I do?

I received my order after 2 months and 4 different relay points, one of which I couldn't get to, and the parcel was returned to me at my home address.

Unfortunately, prices are extremely high compared to other model suppliers. Lead times are extremely long. I tested another supplier a week ago and received the mock-up within three days of ordering, with a price difference of 30% compared with your site. You'll understand that I won't be ordering from you again.

Hello I'm satisfied with 1001's service, speed and quality of packaging. It's the first time I've used a paint for plastic, and I found it lacked adhesion on a previously painted surface. It dries too quickly and doesn't appreciate repeats, and the tension isn't respected. This was the 1st impression following the first coat applied over a lightly sanded pre-existing layer. 2 days ago, faced with an unsatisfactory result, I lightly sanded it again and applied a second coat without touching up the paint in a single, fairly rich pass. Order placed at the beginning of October with all products in stock on the site. The sum was debited from my account 3 days later even though the parcel had still not been dispatched!!!! 2 weeks later I phoned the customer service and was met by a charming person who assured me that I would receive the parcel in two days....... guess!!!!!!! Nothing after two days. The following week I call back and get the same person who's sorry and tells me she's seeing her boss about my order and has to call me back or send me a text message....... guess!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the sms!!!!!..... I call back the following week and again come across the same person and tell him of my dissatisfaction and request a refund for my order. He understands my request and guarantees that I'll get my refund at the end of the week...... guess!!!!!!! I had to call again the following week to find another person who finally refunded my money. In short, the site doesn't send orders and doesn't honor customer requests..... I've deleted my account. There are many other more competent sites in France and abroad.

Not happy at all. There was no indication of what scale the plane was. I presumed for the price it would be 132 and it was a tiny 1/72nd scale. Feel I was deceived through the sake. I plan to return the goods when I���m able to find the time. Not a good exper

My order still hasnt got to the parcel service yet after 7 days then i need to wait for it to get delivered i under stad its hard with covid but it should at least be with the parcel company by now

The delivery was quite slow (this was indicated on the website by the way because it is due to the structure of the store) so it was only 14 days later that it was offered to Post NL Who also needed almost a week but that is not the fault of the store What is annoying is that 1 of the boxes was flattened apparently without damage to the contents but the shipping box was apparently not resistant to the forces encountered during transport I have had better experiences elsewhere

Don't worry about the site, there's a lot of interesting stuff, I'll come back to it later. On the other hand, the delivery times are frightening for material marked in stock. Your competitors delivered to me in three to four days. To be improved. S.C

Lots of catalog where you can find what you want and fast delivery despite the distance.

For my first purchase on the site I had ordered a metal model, but I received a poorly made plastic one, with torn packaging and a scratched transparent presentation case that was impossible to put in a window. I haven't heard from them since, despite an e-mail exchange. I don't recommend

Good evening The parcel received is as ordered. Beautiful models. The only minor drawback is that the order placed on the internet was not sent very quickly, but the main thing is to have received it.

RMA returns Products arrive in a reasonable time. Only issue is the response time on return products.
