On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. You offer solutions and they do not respond to your emails. It is a site that is based in Spain (Madrid) and they attend you by phone in French. You can check it. My order is paid and held. Be careful and above all be aware of where to find them.

The initial package apparently disappeared in transit but was ultimately replaced by 1001 after investigation with their couriers so a loss was happily reduced to a delayed arrival. I will use them again.

Hello, first successful experience. A few comments on the stability of the site (I very often lost my basket while browsing elsewhere on the site). In my opinion, the search engine could be improved. It is also possible to write a note to the recipient (gift). The packages were well wrapped, but no note. A bit disappointing.

I placed an order on November 7th. On the 14th I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched via Colissimo. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received anything. The Colissimo website indicates that my order is being prepared by the sender or is being handled by them. Admittedly delivery times can be longer at the moment, but still ... What's more, you're unreachable on the phone and I can't log on to my customer area. Despite several attempts to reset my password, I have received nothing. It's the right e-mail address and I've checked the spam. I won't be recommending you and I'm considering taking action if I don't receive my order in the next few days.

It is unfortunate that a support issue takes more than a week especially if the support turns out to be a wall that is not willing to help you but instead does everything possible to make the already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant Whether this is due to unconscious incompetence or deliberate stubbornness I will not say. This was my first and last experience with this website.

Hello Your package is missing the glue and paint! Ordering these accessories separately is VERY EXPENSIVE! You could enclose them anyway. What can we do with a model to be assembled without these accessories? It looks smart to give an incomplete gift. I bought it on November 9th and it still hadn't arrived on the 25th, even though I was charged €7 for Colissimo 48h delivery and I live 16km from the store. Even Vinted deliveries are faster.

Only went to 1001 modelkits because it was either them or China. If I had gone to China for the items I would have got them for half the price at 1001 modelkits. only problem with China is you have to wait an eternity for delivery.

I ordered 3 items and what i received were two correct items and one incorrect which i did not order Order number 6JUCCAC5F I received an item called PLA NAVY FLIGHT DECK CREW with item number CDM350003 but i ordered item number AHMM35-003 which is a Micro-Mir G7ET3 German Torpedo I tried to contact 100hobbies nl but the only thing i heard was a message machine I also send two emails but until this day i get no respond I paid arround 30 euros for something i did not order and i can not use I still have some good hopes that they will solve this problem and otherwise i have to go to the police to report this and take further steps

Hello I'm satisfied with my purchase. The mechanical chassis and engine seem to be of very good quality, as does the radio control system. On the other hand, I have no opinion on the bodywork, as I've only received the mechanical part of the package I ordered, even though it's clearly stipulated on your offer that everything was included (complete car). So I'm looking forward to receiving the bodywork so that I can give you my opinion on this part of the car that I still haven't received. Sincerely Cl
