It's a shame It's a shame, a kit of this large size and substantial weight was shipped with no box only bubble wrap and of course arrived with a pretty banged up box!

Website is not reliable Promises are not kept Dutch site but you are spoken to in French and then on request in English Part of the delivery was not immediately in stock To find out I called 4 times Promises were kept partially and late 2x was only delivered after the umpteenth phone call If nothing changes then for me it was the 1st and last time

The parcel had a long way to go but I was really surprised how fast the delivery from France to Austria Innsbruck worked. As always, the Austrian parcel service once again managed to make a hole in my parcel because they will never learn that they shouldn't throw parcels. But luckily the kit was undamaged. My kit is from Trumpeter and I'm really looking forward to assembling it! And as always I got a great kit from the company 1001 Hobbies. Thanks for that!!!

I understand that International Shipping can get delayed. Please consider better communication. An email telling me my package is still on the way is useless. I would rather know when it is and when it leaves. The tracking link only states it has reached destination country.

On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. You offer solutions and they do not respond to your emails. It is a site that is based in Spain (Madrid) and they attend you by phone in French. You can check it. My order is paid and held.
