Deplorable!!! Shame to have to give a mark of 1. Product said to be in stock with delivery in 48h but received in 8 days and don't tell me it's because of covid I'm the owner of 2 E-Commerce sites and my customers are delivered on time. Despite my patience, it's very DIFFICULT to make the circus CORRECTLY...! A simple tube of glue doesn't do the job, so I had to use a glue gun to make some of the assemblies. What's more, the photo doesn't correspond to what's in the box - no poles, no strings, etc. In fact, I made the tent (in the photos) to my own taste, but it's not finished.

After sending multiple e-mails to your customer service asking where my package is They notified me that they will conduct an investigation with the postal office However it has been 3 weeks and your costumer service is not responding to any of my e-mails that I have been sending regarding the progress about this investigation Your costumer phone number doesn't work either At least have the guts responding to this review! I am seriously losing patience with this company

Claims amazing customer service Claims amazing customer service, call the number and I can't get a person, or leave a number, so I have to leave an email, however, my issue is time-sensitive, and I need to be able to call. There is no indication your order goes through when placing an order. When you go to enter credit card information you are redirected to a sketchy site, and they keep rejecting my Visa.

Delivery issues I was not pleased with the information about shipping. I received one email that stated delivery would be 27 Oct, the package was delivered 2 Nov. The tracking number was not traceable and 4 emails to you went unanswered. I feel lucky I got my product. Mark Shupe

Good morning. the arrival of the package was faster than I expected. The packaging and conservation of the boat was perfect. The doubts that I expressed I could solve before your reply. I still thank you for not leaving me alone. On the other hand, I have not received satisfaction about the failure of the rudder servo, which had a broken cable. I do not rule out that it was my fault when I unpacked it but if I had not found it in a craft store that brought me home a similar model and repaired the original I do not know what I would have done. Happily I was able to enjoy the assembly and sailing this weekend.
