This antenna is not available in the US so I ordered it from another country. Took me 10 minutes to replace. Beats having to send your radio in to replace the antenna for a simple repair.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service! Ordered a jigsaw puzzle for my Mom. Had a problem with shipping (it was accidently shipped to me rather than my Mom, but this was a postal carrier error, not 1001 Modelkits error). Staff at 1001 Modelkits helped correct the mistake by refunding half of my shipping. Really appreciated that! Would order from here again.

My order didn't arrive on time, even after a telephone conversation, the deadline I was given didn't correspond. What's more, I ordered subjects that were painted in the photos, whereas in the box they were to be PAINTED. I reported this by phone and the person I spoke to told me that she would give me a credit of 700 euros.

Simple. They sent the wrong size/scale of tank track and they sent 2 sets of the wrong size track. Let's see how long it takes '1001' to correct. I sent back the two sets last week - October 8th 2020
