Ordered last June for my son who was born on August 25, 2024. Finally received it on Saturday after many emails.

Delivery times too long

Box arrived in bad condition Hopefully all the parts are there

I have been waiting for at least 2 months and I have only received half of my order!! NO I am not happy!

It took ages to arrive from their supplier but I was well informed and it arrived after several weeks of waiting.

I selected the brt point but it never arrived, then I was contacted by brt to go pick it up quite far away.

I thought I was ordering a model but I only received some elements for this model (poorly explained).

6 Weeks of waiting for 1 week estimated at the order!!!

Poorly packaged, rolled up in weakly damaged cardboard, causing the corners and edges of the book to be dented.

An item marked available and shipped was missing from the package. No response to the phone or to my email.

Bought as a birthday gift, arrived three weeks late compared to when indicated. Called the Italian number 50 times, never received an answer. Called the French number 50 times, never received an answer. Sent 2/3 emails, NEVER received a response. Customer service is embarrassingly inefficient.

I received a package but it was not the items I had purchased. I had bought Display case boxes and I received 2 Bandaï models instead.

Delivery time very (TOO) long. I ordered another airfix item from another provider, result: delivery in 5 days and payment made after delivery.. while I was debited 48 hours after my order with you....

2 months of waiting expected to receive the package because out of the 5 products ordered, 2 were on pre-order okay it was planned I am waiting to have everything. In the end, after 2 months the package arrives but only with the products that were already available at the time of the order. So 2 products (paid) that I do not have. On the site they indicate that the order is finished, no response to the email at the contact address. Useless

At the time of delivery, the package was in severely compromised condition due to poor care in packaging: practically open, with torn packaging and exposed parts, and inside there was no type of protection to safeguard the purchased goods. Unfortunately, the contents were also found to be damaged, with the model boxes dented and ruined. I am attaching photographs that testify to the state in which the package was delivered to me. I chose to purchase from you precisely because of the numerous positive reviews, and I did not expect such a negative experience. I find it unacceptable that collectible items arrive in this condition. I await your response on how you intend to resolve the situation.
