I ordered in early June. A month later they sent me the wrong parcel. They would not send the correct order until this wrong parcel was returned. Many many e-mails later, most of which were not answered, I finally received my order in the middle of August.

Disappointed I still have not received anything.... 1 month waiting time.... it's a shame...

Hello I'm a 172 aircraft kit builder (1975-1990), and I'm very pleased to find on your site so many 172 accessory kits and decals from all over the world. This saves me a long search on the web for rare products, and guarantees me their secure delivery within controlled deadlines. The prices of the items may sometimes be a little higher or a lot more expensive BUT THE TIME SAVED, THE SERVICE AND THE RELIABILITY MAKE UP FOR IT! Sincerely

Packaging slightly damaged, but no consequences for the merchandiser

After having ordered 6 products which were in stock...the company after 10 days of waiting without news announces to me after I contacted them that 2 products are unavailable and that they will refund me. I receive the rest of the order and 1 product is missing. They told me that it too was unavailable and that I would be reimbursed once again. I've been waiting 11 days for my refund. I only have a credit note for the first 2 products and nothing for the 3rd. This company is not serious. At the time of my order, the products were all in stock and available. No apology or compensation from them...Given the price of the models, it's a shame. I don't recommend this site, which lacks seriousness. The 14 days are a lie. It's been 18 days and I still have no refund in sight... I've had to threaten to sue them for fraud so that they'd get back to the accounting department, which I haven't heard anything about...

The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!!! After communication i am now considered a""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now.... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye. As answered below i was now a cheater who pretends to be not having received the parcel. Ridiculous.

The site has a wealth of products and it is quite easy to place an order. Sometimes prices are very ballerine and there are discounts that are often short-lived but on average you spend less than in the store and with an enviable selection. Better care should be taken with the accuracy of the site, which sometimes misleads perhaps because of incorrect links.

Package arrived on time and well packaged

I placed my order on August 10th and I still haven't received anything.

because i still haven't received my order which dates from 1208 even though i paid a delivery charge of more than 9 euros. and this despite several reminders to your service.

My order arrived quickly and well packaged

I have always been satisfied with 1001 maquettes. However, with this order I received a kit in which three parts still on the cluster were melted. I wrote an email to 1001 maquettes but I didn't receive any answer from them.

order placed on August 9 and the package is being packed... 2 weeks to pack caterpillars??? Worst site I've ever ordered from in terms of delivery times.

I have not onvange me paket I am not so happy with it duration long

I placed my order (and was charged for… I placed my order (and was charged for it) on July 25th. As of August 18th, I still have not received it. When I enter my order number in the box they provide to track my parcel, nothing happens. I still have no response as to when I may expect to receive my merchandise. Had I known it would take the better part of a month to fulfill an order for one sheet of decals and two tins of paint, I would have gone elasewhere.

I only ordered products noted""in stock"". After 1 week my order was not sent because a product was missing. Complaint and promise of reimbursement, order sent. A product damaged during shipment (unpacked model brush) and still no refund for the missing product 5 weeks later. In the end, I only lost a few euros, but I doubt I'll be ordering from this site again.
