Packaging Delivery perfect ....Mais ordering software incomprehensible

I still haven't received my order: no letter carrier tomorrow, Monday or Tuesday, so I've lost another 4 days.

Order placed on March 29 and never arrived. Evaso by the way with express shipping. Phone contact only Frenchhave only responded to my emailsnon translated well into Italian. The prices on this site are far too high compared with other modelling sites. Not great, communication is poor and the phone number doesn't work! Sent a email asking where my model was as the delivery was taking forever. Response was slow, they eventually got back to me with a brief message that was not massively helpful. They have to ship items from their warehouse in Normandy which they don't show on the website very clearly.

Considering the Covid 19 emergency situation I do not think it is acceptable that the order (INCLUDING PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD) placed on the 3rd is shipped the requested material only on the 8th (having paid as much as 10 euros for shipping and having promised delivery by the 10th). Order placed on March 29 with choice of shipping by express courier for an additional charge. The package appears to have been shipped on April 8 but to date it has not arrived. In addition, the link provided on the site for DHL courier tracking does not work so it is not possible for me to get any information about the shipment. About the shipment it said by April 4-5 instead it arrived after Easter 10 days later than the day indicated. Regarding the products I didn't expect them to be light paper because they looked like cardboard and then they are all to be cut while so many others are already shaped. The model pieces do not cohere well and I respected the measurements given by the dashes and lines. The cost is excessive compared to the quality of the product because in fact it is 25 printed sheets and you don't know how it can cost as much as 29 euros. There are many other far more detailed cardboard models at a lower cost. That said, I have fun doing it anyway so a sufficiency I give it. But I will get more models from other brands and then I will make the price-quality comparison.
