They announce that during COVID they are still shipping. I paid for express service but 12 days after the estimated delivery date I have not received anything. Not only this but they do not respond to my several e-mails nor by phone to my calls it seems that the number does not work. It is a scam it seems I have left more than 40 €. Couldn't track my order on the website or get in contact to find out what was happening, went onto Facebook and saw lots of people hadn't received their goods and got worried, almost 2 weeks before I received my goods so very expensive delivery charges in my opinion.

Order placed on April 6 after 9 days of ""package being prepared"" for 3 days it has been showing as shipped.All merchandise purchased was stated as ""in stock"" and immediately available for shipment. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order. I understand the Covid emergency but this is not seriousness do not write that the goods will be shipped in 24 hours NOT TRUE!!!

Abysmal Abysmal. When ordering told in stock and 5-6 day delivery. Then a week later a message saying its not in stock, then a message to say its out for delivery. 8 days later still nothing. Order placed on March 29 and never arrived. Evaso by the way with express shipping. Phone contact only Frenchhave only responded to my emailsnon translated well into Italian. The delivery dates in the emails were just lies. My parcel sent several times was supposed to arrive on April 14. Never seen such a thing. I asked for cheap return.
