Had to wait a very long time for delivery and via mail 1001 hobbies was not really polite 1001 excuses as to why I did not have my delivery yet and it was always my fault according to them too? If I can I avoid any further purchase there and otherwise I only pay upon receipt

My order was for a model of the Glorieux boat, which arrived safely. It said that the glue and paints were not supplied, so I bought everything I needed for the model. I reread everything several times, but at no point did it say that I also had to buy the shroud wires, and there was no indication of exactly which paint to use (reference number, etc.). So I took the ones that were just recommended and I was missing 4 more than expected, so I had to place a new order! What's more, the site bugs a lot and my second order still hasn't arrived. Overall, the service is good (shipping, delivery time, packaging, contact). However, I didn't give it top marks because I found the customer service answers imprecise. I had asked about the number of copies available of a product for a group order. Shortly after placing my order, the product was still available (perhaps a quick restocking...). I could have grouped my order instead of making 2. In conclusion, the customer service response is sometimes rushed, but it's still a good site with good service.

Just a mistake on a can of Humbol paint - Ordered steel grey - received green paint... A color-blind warehouseman probably...

After some problems at Swiss customs for incomplete documents the shipment arrived on time for a shipment with La Posta Economy. The items are beautiful and as per the catalog. Negative note to Colissimo which creates confusion in tracking the shipment.

Fast and good products

Do not buy here they force you to spend 70 euros to get free shipping and despite that the shipping has been delayed a lot and about the price on Amazon I have seen the same products with a price difference quite noticeable with one or two days shipping without having to force you to spend that money already elevated.

After placing my order online I never received any order acknowledgement or despatch notification emails. Any attempt to ascertain any response by email resulted in zero reply. Only after raising a case with Paypal the product that advertised as in stock was dispatched 12 days after ordering according to the postmark on the package. This is NO WAY WHATSOEVER to treat a customer. Therefore I will no longer deal with 1001maquettes. In addition their new named website 1001hobbies.fr results in a security warning from my security software. Warning? ADDITIONAL INFO IN RESPONSE TO SUPPLIER REPLY. I ensured that my email address was correctly entered there is no soft bounce my email queries did not elicit any response. 4 to 6 business days don't equate to a total of 12 days. Last of all the website DID say in stock so please do not question my integrity. FURTHER REPLY TO SUPPLIER 2ND REPLY. I have NEVER had such level of problems with any other online supplier of goods. Your 1001hobies.fr still produces a security warning for me. Therefore I abide by my decision to take my business elsewhere.

I placed my order and paid for it on January 17 and they still haven't sent it to me. I remind you that it is March and they don't answer the emails or send you the tracking of the order.

The first shipment never arrived (it was Christmas) after the complaint they sent another one without any problem.
