Very large selection of materials, colors, etc. Models somewhat confusing in terms of scale but ample.

I was told a week ago that my order had been shipped and I still haven't received it.

Purchase was neatly packaged and arrived well Only of the 6 colors of paint, 2 are not the colors I need Maybe think of another way to better coordinate this

It's a pity to be taken for a ride when you report that a product appears to be in stock on the site, only to receive an e-mail stating that it's not available.

I'm very disappointed with the manufacturer, Mantua, of the Kon Tiki raft model, because the assembly instructions are so inadequate. The instructions provided lack far too many details and precisions for optimal construction. I therefore blame 1001 Hobbies for failing to ensure the quality of the product it sells. I ordered the incorrect product and the address they had on file was not correct as I moved and didn't provide the updated info They ended up sending me another correct product and didn't charge me for it!! That is almost unheard of and shows great service. While I look for items here in the US I will contact 1001 Modelkits first before anyone else. Awesome service

1001 maquettes very good nothing to say. On the other hand, please don't use DPD any more because frankly they are lamentable.

3 orders 3 tests... Systematic stock errors with products that are supposed to be available and in the end have to be ordered. A designation error on the site and long delivery times....very long...(3-4 weeks...). Certainly some choice in the window... Reasonable shipping costs... But I'll be looking elsewhere for my next orders.

I requested delivery to one of the Biscarrosse relay points. The parcel was sent to another relay point (Gastes) 20 k away from the one requested. I don't have a car and there's no public transport to this relay point. Despite several unanswered requests from both 1001 maquettes and the carrier, it was only thanks to the kindness of a neighbor who volunteered to drive me that I was able to receive my parcel.

My model arrived promptly at a timely fashion.

My order was supposed to be dispatched in 2 to 4 days (yes, I did read the delivery times when I placed the order...despite the question marks...). We are now at 20 days and the order is being prepared. In the end, it won't be for my son's 12th birthday, but for his 13th :) with the added bonus of a poster that should make up for the disappointment. Will the order ever arrive?...Ã

Out of 2 cans of hobbinox paint ordered, one was empty of gas.

Delivery error. The item I wanted was not available. I was reimbursed but had to insist for an explanation. I didn't get any clear information on the use of the other product I received and was told to keep (a spray but for what exactly).

Accidentally created an order tried calling no response on either USA number. Sent an email got a very professional reply saying that they would cancel the order and I would get a refund within 14 days. Sure sounds great. Except that I got a notification from the delivery company saying that my package is still arriving and 1001 Model Kits has not responded since regarding the package or refund status. The package is now waiting at the delivery company's office and I have yet to hear back from them. BTW their website changed the price from $20 on like 4 payment screens to $140 on the very last payment screen for a $14 item (that weighs about 1oz). (it seriously says $125 charged for shipping on the email I received). I'm assuming it's a software bug and they dont intentionally swindle people... but the fact that they shipped my item despite telling me they would cancel my order within 24 hours of placing the order makes me think that they're running a scam. At the very least it doesn't feel like their customer service works very hard to make things right.
