NOPE NOPE! I will NEVER again order from them. I ordered something a LONG time ago for my husband's birthday and still never showed. I've reached out to them a few times and each time they said it was coming. This last time they wrote back and said unfortunately it's a loss. REALLY?? Super unprofessional !

Absolutely terrible customer service March 2020 update: Still waiting February 2020 update: Several weeks later, after claiming to be processing a refund, I am still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service, waited a month for an item that showed as shipped only to be told they marked as shipped as a mistake with no resolution. Even in their reply below, you can see how half hearted their customer service is. I never received even an apology and am still waiting for a refund. Do not purchase from this website. As you can continue to see below, they have never even attempted to apologize, just more dumb jokes. This was a late gift request from my nephew and I was thrilled to see in stock here because it was sold out everywhere else. Instead the order stalled after a couple of days, reading as 'shipped' with no update or communication. Not everyone is in on your brand of humor, some people just want to buy a thing and have it delivered to the address provided in the time frame that was given at check, you know, like how all e-commerce sites work. Not this one though, they will not deliver your order and think they're cool with insider humor while doing it. I'm sure whatever self-important reply they have next will only continue to show how little they care about their customers. Literally all that needed to be said, was 'We're so sorry, we will process a refund' or you could have provided any update to shipping when something was clearly stalled for about 3 weeks on an order that should have been delivered within one.

On December 27th I made the purchase in which it said that it would take 8 days to arrive and today I still have not received anything and the woman who attends in Spain all she does is to give capotazos and not make it clear where it is or how long it will take.

Hello Great choice of parts---> good! Availability indicated on the site---> good! Actual availability ---> very bad! Order placed on 29.12.19 we are today 12.01.20 and nothing received. Several telephone exchanges with nice people but everything is complicated! My delivery address at a "point relai" doesn't seem to be taken into account...what can you do when you're not at home during the day...?! That's why I asked and insisted again and again to be delivered where I wanted from the start, i.e. at a relay point! I request a refund for items not yet dispatched as soon as possible! Thank you for taking this into account so that I can also take this into account in the future.

The order took longer than indicated. When it arrived it turned out that we had made a mistake with the order due to a bad description of it. We had to contact the support in France because the one here did not answer. Their response was basically that I made a mistake.

HelloI placed an order at the beginning of November which was never sent. I asked for a refund on November 28, the very day they confirmed that my order had been sent...I then cancelled it and since then I've been waiting for a refund for over 6 weeks...I'm very disappointed and I no longer trust this site. I don't know if I'll ever get a refund... I don't recommend

I am an old static modeler and have recently taken up model making again. 1001 Models is a great support for finding models and accessories. Only one note concerns the specific paints for some models that are not easy to find also because the codes on the site do not correspond to what is on the assembly boxes. However I consider the site very good

I placed my order on December 18 and it still hasn't arrived, even though they said it would be delivered before Christmas. I should have read the reviews before I probably would not have ordered it.

I paid €22 for express delivery (1-3 days as stated) and waited 3 weeks for the parcel. Annoying when it comes to a Christmas present. I also received no apology or money back. Lg Claudia

I ordered a model kit on the 19th of November picking the express delivery for it to be here before Christmas and it has still not arrived I have emailed then and spoke on the phone saying the item isn't it stock which it should state on the Web page and shouldn't allow you to pay extra for delivery when they don't have it I will not be ordering from here again really bad customer service not happy at all

It was a little difficult to find the shades of email revell paint I was looking for (references not quite identical to those mentioned in the model), but there was a wide choice and it was delivered on time.

There is a lot of choice on this website. However, out of 2 orders placed, one arrived with a delay and the second, placed on December 13, was marked available within 5 days but had not yet been sent on December 23. I requested a cancellation by phone and was asked to send an e-mail. I sent an e-mail. Since then, nothing. On all serious sites, a refund for an unpaid order paid via Pay Pal is instantaneous, max. 24 hours. In this case, it's been 2 weeks. It's sad because the catalog is nice but I'll go elsewhere because the trust isn't there. I've taken note of your reply, thank you, and that's indeed what I did. I obtained a refund via Paypal. I hope you will improve things

Very very bad I order on December 22 because the web offered shipping before 30 the 30 sent me message that they do not have it in stock to be sent before January 7 on January 6 again receive the same mail ... I called them on the 30th saying that it was a gift of kings gave them the same mocking attitude do not solve ... Better to buy it in Japan is what they do.... Lousy customer service

Delivery times and locations not respected without prior notice

You are expensive, but your proposals for rare brands and models are important, so you have to make a choice. On the other hand, I bought from you the Kora model of the Bloch mb 700 for 65 euros (from memory). There were quite a few parts missing from the kit. I know you're not responsible for what Kora puts in its boxes, but I paid you 100% for it. I'm a good enough modeler to have made the missing parts from the resin scraps, notably a propeller blade, but I didn't pay for that. Not to mention that I would have bought the model for only 30 euros from Master Dujin, but the work is quite different there, so it's still a choice! On the other hand, it would be dishonest of me not to point out that I had a problem with missing parts with the Barougan from Valom, where all the resin parts were missing to change the Ouragan into a Barougan, and you sent me another box. Except for the MB 700, I have nothing to reproach you for, but an acha that needs to be weighed, that's all.
