An order placed on November 3rd says according to their website that it will be shipped on the 15th of that month on the 28th I still don't know anything about the shipment since the distributor in Madrid has not arrived in 13 days of travel from France to Spain today it has to be bringing a lame donkey at least I will continue to wait but little hope that this appears. I strongly advise against this sales site. Order made on Nov. 5th with PayPal payment. Product advertised for shipment in 3 working days! Phone call on Nov. 9th. ..... Still no shipment? Bad delivery service if I do not receive the order in 3 days I cancel the order since I ordered it on November 21 and on the 25th they do not even know where it is, it is clear that this is the last order I place with them.

The packing carton was too fragile and arrived quite damaged - the tape was not packing tape. Miraculously, the products were all there and intact (except for a model package that had been damaged).

Nefarious. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I don't buy from them anymore. When choosing the products it appeared on the screen that they would deliver the product between 3 - 5 days and it has taken 21 days. 16 days after collecting the money they send an email stating that they are taking too long because they do not have the product in stock. Hiding this information from the customer at the time of purchase is abusing the transaction and denying the buyer the possibility of choosing an alternative. It is a good way to lose the confidence of buyers, even if it takes 21 days.

Disappointed that the material the models are made of is plastic, which isn't very nice... No small equipment at all to assemble them (glue etc.).
