Hello dear 1001 modellbau team, I visited your website because I would like to buy various model ships. your selection is large but the structure of your pages is a disaster for model builders who are looking specifically. Neither a classification of the different categories nor a possibility to click on a scale are available.Especially scale information is one of the most important criteria for model builders.After ten pages where the models were shown wildly mixed up I gave up the search frustrated and had no interest to call up the remaining fifty pages.Something like that is annoying and time-consuming.This should only be an incentive how to do it better.Wish the 1001 Modellbau team continued success and a nice day. Product shows as in stock I place an order pay a pound or two more than the site shows (I put that down to sloppy exchange rate conversions) then 19 days later with several emails telling me they are waiting for stock I get an email saying that it is in stock but they will dispatch it as soon as it's in stock. The emails say not to reply to the email but to use the site which then gives the exact same email address or use their chat which coincidently says it's not available a couple of minutes after I sent a complaint

I ordered a model that said they had two available and it turned out not to be in stock. After ten days I am requesting a return. We will see if that happens. I believe they fool you into believing they have product in stock.

Hello Mr. Peterson, Available doesn't mean in stock. In stock mean in stock. I would advise you to read our sales condition that you have accepted. If you buy product with a delay ""X to X open days before expedition"" It means there is a delay before we ship the product. By return, do you mean cancelling the order? Sincerely,

Hello, Available doesn't mean in stock. You had ordered a product with a delay before expedition :""X to X open days before shipping"" which mean it is not in stock. We also sometimes check our spam. Because we know that some people like to answer to the automatic e-mails even if we write not to answer them because they go straight to our spam. We have receive the product the 24th. You have asked for canceling the order the 25th. We have never said it was not available as the product was reserved for your order. We have answered: ""Because this e-mail goes in our spams. Fortunatly we checked them. You could still send us an e-mail at this adress. The chat works during our opening hours. Where did you see this information please? Because this is not possible with the product you have choosen and the delivery service you have choosen. Your package is currently ready to be picked up. Very bad! I bought a model of a Japanese sports car and a Lamborghini model with a delivery date between September 4 and 6. I have not yet received the package which is for my son and apparently the gift has been returned back to the store in France. Five days ago I sent an email to ask for clarification but have had no reply. So despite having paid for the product I still haven't received it and what's worse I don't even know if I will receive it back.
