After a difficult start, everything went smoothly: the order was placed on time, and the TAMIYA model was really precise: no adjustment, no positioning pins, etc... One comment though: you should specify that you use a special glue for the glass parts, as I was fooled and the headlights became opaque when I glued them on due to evaporation of the solvent.

I am very disappointed with the responsiveness of the parcel delivery service. A parcel was supposed to arrive within 4 days, but I've been waiting 14 days to receive it. I was able to contact customer service by phone, but the person I spoke to just told me that the parcel was blocked by mondial relay, without offering any solution or even contacting me since. I'm still grateful for the wide choice offered by the site, but this big problem has changed my mind.

Awful customer service/company. Awful customer service. Purchased item only to be told a week later they didn't have it. Said they would get me a date for arrival and never did. Waited almost a month only to get a refund. (Had it not been for someone else as a gift I wouldn't be so mad) I will never do business with them again. If I could give 0 stars I would. Waste of time and money! Update- this is to the reply of the company. That's an absolute lie. Please do not use this company, they are truly a waste of time!
