Hello I have a problem with the delivery address when ordering via the Internet""Mondial Relay"". For customers domiciled in Monaco, the Mondial Relay"" delivery point is not listed. However, there is one in Monaco:""SVB Informatique"".

Items were available and arrived safely The process was fine, no problems, and the items ordered arrived safely. Prices were competitive and everything was available to ship. Would have been 5 stars, but the order took a little longer than I hoped, to arrive.

No worries. Very wide choice of models, but frustration when you don't find the detail you're looking for. That's the price of fame! It's not always easy to find specific decals and cockpit interior parts quickly. All in all, I'm pleased with you

Delivery a little long but otherwise RAS

Made purchase of a product that was supposed to be delivered in two-three days. Ordered and paid with EXRA DHL to have it in fast time as it was a birthday gift but the product arrived late after 4 days. Reported it to tech support but nothing. I will NOT buy from this site ever again

Do you "honestly" think that I can be satisfied with having received my order after a week when your commitment was to send it to me within 24 hours, all this without any real explanation and without any commercial gesture to apologize for this failure! They've send me the wrong product twice. And in between they've accidentally cancelled my order and set up the wrong product again. They made every mistake they could make twice. It was very weird.

Order #126366 (XB-70A Paint Masks & Metal Landing Gear) I recently purchased a set of paint masks and metal landing gear for my 1:727 scale AMT/Ertl and Italeri XB-70A model kit. The items were paid through eBay and I got a confirmation email, but I noticed that the shipping address was incomplete. I sent you a email correcting the address. Next I got an email from eBay stating that the items were shipped. Next I got an email from you that my order (126366) was out of stock. How can you say an order has been shipped, then turn around and say the order was out of stock and I could either be notified when the items would be available or, I could opt for a credit in the amount paid through eBay. This is nonsense and unacceptable as I am in the process of building the XB-70A now. At this point I just want a refund. I had to order a set of masks and landing gear from another company. I am very disappinted in your service. Respectfully, Phillip Hoglund

1001modelkits has a reasonable selection but what impressed me most was the quick and efficient delivery of my order. In less than a week after ordering my order was delivered - impressive taking into account that I'm located on the other side (Canada) of the pond! Congratulations on the breadth of choice. Very fast delivery. Impressive detail for this size of object, except for the Aztec warriors, for which I'm a little disappointed by the finish, with a few burrs that I can't see how to remove without damaging the pieces.

The delivery times are a little too long. Fast deliveries are not to be expected. On the whole satisfactory. I would like to see decal sheets not sent in a package (shoe box size) in future if an envelope will do. The problem in this case is having to go to the post office. Unnecessary and annoying.
