Very disappointed!!! Package (shipped within 24 hr ???) arrived after an exchange of emails more than 10 days later !!! But that only joins the multiple evaluations in the same direction! I don't think I'll be ordering anything there again... Perhaps the traditional French b..... has something to do with it? 15 and

disappointed Hello, I ordered a 1/18 scale diecast (Signature) Studebaker Avanti. It took the better part of three week's to go from France to the United States (Wisconsin) When the carrier gave me the box I could hear a rattling noise inside, when I took the window box out I could see parts on the bottom of the box The complete front suspension was sheered off the car, both front wheels, there related spindles, and the tie rod. Now decision time, go thru all the B.S. to send it back, and then wait another month , or fix it my self. So I took the car apart and make a custom front suspension, it took me six hours. (This is what caused the destruction,) they must of packed the window box on a Friday night. They simply put the window box inside a bigger box with nothing to protect it. no bubble wrap, no foam peanuts. not even the local rag, no fragile tape on the outside (NOTHING) no wonder it was so severely damaged. I was looking forward to working with a company in France, but frankly I couldn't afford it.

for the choice is very good. However, we have just received 2 models whose boxes were not closed? and the cartons chipped (bad effect when it is to offer!!) and moreover we expected pro""Mantua""...which turned out to be 'Panh"" ???.(quality? price?..) M-Laure Ehlinge

Erg vervelende ervaring. Erg vervelende ervaring. Op de pagina van de producten stond ""Binnen 24 uur verzonden"". Het duurde uiteindelijk 2 weken voordat het eindelijk was verstuurd. Waar ik er zelf achteraan moest bellen en dan pas informatie kreeg. De eerste keer zeiden ze dat het nog diezelfde week werd verzonden. Dan was uiteindelijk niet zo. Pas na een tweede keer bellen werd het eindelijk verzonden. Het bleek een Franse klantenservice te zijn, zonder dat dit ergens vermeld staat. De persoon aan de telefoon was erg slecht te verstaan en ook zeer onvriendelijk. Hij onderbrak mij meerdere malen en zodra ik begon over ontevreden zijn probeerde hij het gesprek zo snel mogelijk af te kappen. Het product was ook nog eens beschadigd bij afleveren. Dit heb ik uiteindelijk zelf maar gerepareerd omdat ik geen zin heb om met deze mensen zaken te doen. Kortom. Hier niet bestellen!

Some people are just unlucky.... For me, an order that was supposed to arrive within the week (for a birthday) was blocked because an accessory was missing...! After 15 to 20 calls and emails over 4 weeks, each time the parcel was supposed to leave the next day... I finally received it yesterday 1512. But with one detail missing... all that's missing are the glue and the paints that were ordered, paid for and not delivered !!!!!! I'm afraid I won't be able to make up for it by giving the gift a month after the Christmas date. I'm not

I ordered an etching film on 14.10.2017 and have not received it to date on 16.12.2017 despite repeated e-mail contact. Supposedly sent then not available again. The announced refund has not been made to date either. For me, 1001 modellbau is a completely incompetent model making supplier with catastrophic customer service. - A.Stöbe Gotha

Fast and trouble-free

A clear improvement over last year at the same time, a deadline finally met. However, the site needs to improve the detail of the information provided on the products, e.g.: model to be assembled, always specify the number of parts contained in the box to better judge the difficulty, especially in the case of the "P".

placed an order November 20th placed an order November 20th. Goods in stock, but I have yet to receive them, today is December 10th. My payment when through right away as order was confirmed. email saying order confirmation & processed & preparation on dec 30th. Still nothing, I used order number to check for it, and was informed no order has been placed. Still waiting!!!
