Still haven't received the goods after 5 weeks. I am now trying to get my 319€ back via PayPal.

Very good parcel tracking. We are informed by e-mail during all stages of delivery. However, there was a slight delay at customs because there was no invoice on the outside of the parcel. I recommend this site without hesitation.

Onbetrouwbaar Heel erg slecht! Zo lang het goed gaat en er geen vragen zijn en/of bestellingen aankomen niets aan de hand. Zodra een bestelling niet aankomt dan duurt het weken (echt waar, weken) voordat ze je vraag (waar blijven de spullen?) in behandeling nemen. Het antwoord komt dan niet verder dan: 'we hebben het weken geleden gestuurd'. Ondertussen ben ik al weer twee maanden bezig om of de spullen te krijgen of mijn geld terug. De laatste 15 dagen hebben ze echter niet meer gereageerd op mijn mails. Ik zou er niets kopen. Je loopt de kans dat je je geld kwijt bent.

I placed an order on November 8 and to date (16) nothing has been delivered. They do not answer the customer service phone and I have insisted a lot. Neither to the e-mails .... It smells like a scam to me. I will return the order as soon as it arrives. The company is a disgrace in terms of customer service. Nothing to recommend.... #113787

A week later told it wasn't in stock and they didn't know when back in so offered a voucher or refund. I asked for a refund which I still haven't received then to be told it's been shipped ...... it still hasn't turned up , no refund , no replies to emails and no one answers the phone !!! My partner still hasn't received his birthday present and quite frankly I'm appalled at the unprofessional conduct of this company!!!

The delivery only took place a week after the agreed date. This was already annoying as the delivery time was the decisive argument when choosing the online store. In addition, no information was provided about the delay and tracking via the 1001 Modellbau website did not work either. When I asked about the delay and the problems with tracking the order, all I got back was a standard text saying "I always try to satisfy customers as quickly as possible". However, the goods finally arrived (far too late) and are in order. After all. Response to the seller's reaction: The order was placed on 24.09. and was paid for directly via PayPal (I have the order confirmation). The delivery on 07.10. therefore took place 13 days after the order. Much later than stated.

The parcel arrived in good condition. The model box inside was already open, the bags containing the parts were open and some parts were already in the box.

The delivery time was extremely long. (14 days) The item leaves a lot to be desired. The best thing are the stickers. In my opinion, the model is not worth the money. I would definitely not buy it again.

It's been 3 months since I gave my opinion to explain that it's been a year since I placed my order and I still haven't received anything. They replied that they would refund me as soon as possible and still nothing after sending 2 emails with no reply. As I had already said, don't buy from them anymore, too expensive and no respect for the customer. So when can I expect my refund (10751 euros) in 1 year's time?

Order placed on 0109. Should be delivered between 21 and 2509. Finally sent 0210. 11 models ordered (and announced as in stock) 3 were gradually declared unavailable. So I've been collecting discount coupons. No seriousness, no improvement for 1 year (3 orders).

I will never order from this place … I will never order from this place again!!!
