My package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. I still haven't received anything. Colissimo tells me that my parcel is ready to be shipped and will be handed over to the courier since December 17th. Today is the 22nd. I'll never get my present in time for the holidays.

disappointed with the value for money

garbage > 3weeks waiting for order. When i emailed about the delay, was told 1/2 of the order wasn't in stock, and he would send the instock stuff. Still waiting for that shipment 3weeks later. Poorest service of the 4 online hobby shops i use.

Poor value for money

Worst online shopping experience ever! I ordered a Tiger tank (Academy - 1:35-AC1348) on 7th of november. I got an email saying that my order was being shipped on the 9th of november. Then nothing happened for a long time. I sent them an email on the 24th of novemeber asking what was happening with my order - NO answer. Then I sent more emails - still NO answers. On the 7th of december I complained to Pay Pal, And then finally on the 12th of december I got an email saying that my order somehow got lost, and now is out of stock and that they would refund my money. Today on 16th of december I got my money back. The Tiger tank is still listed on their site - shipped within 10-12 days. A bunch of drunk monkies would do a better job than these guys. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

I bought some paintings all of them marked as available on Wednesday December 2 until day 5 are not marked c""sent"" and to day 13 still waiting to receive it.

missing products and deliveries that take too long Even if the after-sales service was courteous, the reaction and dispatch of parcels takes too long .

Very good, professional telephone service with the right answers. It's a pity that delivery with mondial relay is so shabby. I still haven't received my parcel and that doesn't make me want to recommend it because I could have received it faster aill

Wouldn't hesitate to buy again from them! I bought some decals and even with the language barrier (order processed in French) and weird invoicing the price I paid was correct. This was explained in an email they returned upon my query. It took 4.5 weeks to get the item but was well worth the wait considering it cost me 1/2 as much. I would use them again.

If there was only one word it would be ""scandalous""! Explanation: I place an order with several items. A few days later I get an e-mail about a product that's out of stock. OK, that can happen. I was told that my order was being prepared. Less than a week later the product is in stock, I recommend it, shipping costs to be paid again of course! Then it goes on, several products that were in stock on the day of my order are out of stock! Again waiting, then the products are in stock, strange these stock movements! I still recommend it! I can almost copy and paste a recent negative review. I ordered a model on the site for a birthday. The order was placed on November 07, 2015, and the item was in stock and therefore available within 8 days. To date, December 07, 2015, nothing has happened: I've sent multiple emails and called several times, and the answer has always been that the item is in transit (I suppose it's been on a snail's back for 1 month), with no really valid explanation and a thousand excuses: there was an inventory holiday, a very nice offer to send it to me by Colissimo, but the Colissimo has never arrived ... During all this time, and even today, the article is noted as available on the site. The amount of the order was immediately debited: 203 euros I deduce that this site is not reliable since it is a review already written by other people. In the meantime, I had to order another m""rue des maquette"" In short, I'm very disappointed by this site! and yet I was accommodating and patient.

Very bad judgment. More than a month after ordering, I have not received anything. My emailed requests have never been answered. Apparently the package was returned to the sender for incomplete addresses. I, however, provided them with the accurate address.

everything went super smoothly except for a slight delay in delivery (compared to the time initially announced) and a major problem with the delivery point (unimaginably rude and seriously incompetent person: seriously avoid it, remove it from your order).

They have not met the delivery deadlines and the worst thing is that they do not give any visibility on the status of the order. After sending 2 written messages, one through their website and another by email and after calling several times to the 2 phone numbers they have and not getting through to anyone, I have decided to cancel my order and request my money back. Very dissatisfied

I ordered a 124 scale car a Jaguar E type from Hellerthe order was placed on November 4, 2015 expected time for delivery 79 working days to date December 2, 2015 I have still not received anything. On November 30 I forwarded an email with inquiries about my order which they were careful not to respond to. This is the first time I purchased from them but I think it will also be the last. Last year I ordered a kit from a store in Hong Kong23 days later I had the box at home.........si but Hong Kong is on the other side of the earth!!!!

As of November 29, 2015 I have not received my package or any response from the company into the whereabouts of the package. In fact, my order is still listed as being processed. Like many of their other customers, I think I have fallen victim to a scam where they say the item is in stock, but it actually isn't. My poor grandfather is very irritated. At this point I just want my money back so my grandfather will get off my back and I can order the product somewhere else. I have sent 3 emails, 2 where sent today. Their excellent customer service is a sham. Customer service is only available 2 hours a day in an unknown timezone if you speak French.

After 9 working days they still have not shipped the package despite the fact that from email received from them the package was ready the day after payment. Sent 3 emails to ask for explanation and they always replied with the usual pre-packaged email: Dear Customer Please rest assured that we do our best to provide our customers with prompt delivery. In retort to what you wrote below I am sorry to contradict you but on your site it clearly states that the package would arrive within 7-9 business days I even took the screenshot of the page. Also you cannot write that the order was prepared as per. you wrote on 1611 if it is not true since you wrote me today that you are still waiting for the item. We ordered a model on the site for our daughter's birthday. The order was placed in 2009 and the article is in stock and therefore available within 8 days. To date, 2211, nothing has been received and we have sent several emails because it is impossible to get in touch with a physical person. During all this time, and even today, the item is noted as available on the site. We finally asked for a refund, which I hope will take less than two months, because of course the amount of the order was immediately debited. I deduce from this that the commercial policy is to attract the""super promo"" and never to send the products. In short, if you want to be sure of getting your items for Christmas, AVOID or aim for December 201.

I have only made one purchase but have not had a good experience. I ordered the package by express delivery 2 or 3 days ago and it still hasn't arrived for a week. It was to make a gift and the date has already passed.

poor customer service Like so many of the other reviewers, I placed an order on 6/20/15, my order was suppose to ship between 8/7 & 10/7, I have not received my order, my status also has not changed. I've sent emails and received no response, tried the phone number, which has an amazingly short 2 hour window to call, but then I don't speak French so it's useless. This has to be the worse customer service I have ever experienced.
