Two weeks! Still no delivery of order. Ordered supplies from their site that were marked as in-stock. Order has been sitting in the ""Being Processed"" state now for over 2 weeks after I've been charged. No updates, no back ordered notifications, NOTHING. About ready to file a claim with PayPal on this one. Be wary of this company's order fulfillment time.

very disappointed. i ordered a car model in one color for a gift. i received this model in another color. i contacted customer service by email. for a ""reacti"" (as noted on the site) 24 hours passed and no answer to my request.

Ordered on 01.09 and paid immediately. But no goods have arrived to date. You can also send the customer shipping number but this is not the case. calls are pushed away and if you write to them no reaction. Not recommendable.

5 star price, 2 star customer service The price is really good, so I am OK with the LONG waiting period. But customer service is bad, when I told them my items are damaged, they replied my VERY slowly, although they did send me replacement parts. They don't even inform me that they are sending the replacement. Overall I am pretty happy now, because I got my replacement(still pretty slow), and the price is REALLY good!

No customer service, no response by e-mail or telephone, no parcel tracking, not to mention the unacceptably slow delivery times.

I had been offered a €100 gift voucher to use at 1001 Maquettes. I placed an order but couldn't figure out how to use it. Fortunately, there was online chat. That's how I was able to find the solution, thanks to a friendly and efficient contact. Everything else (delivery times and products ordered) was perfect. I'll be back

I placed an order on 2082015 we are September 3 and still nothing received. Of course the bank account has been debited !!!! I've left 2 voicemails and 2 emails and no response from them. I'm thinking of sending a letter as I should. Customer service is not reactive at all.

Unseemly delivery time with few notification emails. Non-functioning tracking that made me doubt that the package had actually been shipped. I will never buy from 1001modelloni.co.uk again. Not recommended

I have never had worse results in online shopping. They did not send the order by the chosen system nor did I receive it by the one they chose. I have proceeded to cancel it and I am waiting for a refund.

I placed an order 20 days ago the item was available on the website but not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Given the impossibility of contacting or receiving a response from them I opened a dispute with PayPal after several days to do so which I had to elevate to a claim since even so they did not refund me the money. As of today PayPal is processing the claim and they still have my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store is a headache time and what is worse .... money. Fast and well-stocked in terms of choice.

Company that does not send the order and whose customer service does not exist, they do not answer the messages and the order has not arrived. You would have to be very stupid to buy from this store.

I placed an order that more than a month ago appears as ""shipped"" and that has cost me a good sum of money. To date I have not received the money or the order. They do not answer to the mails and when they answer they are evasive. The last one was to tell me that there was a problem and that they will get back to me when they know something. The order was for a gift and of course it never arrived. Now according to their legal bases I have the right to ask for a refund, which I let them know by email and they don't answer either. They don't even bother to keep the customer informed if they make a new shipment as it also says in their terms and conditions...little more explanation is needed to know what we are talking about when they keep your money but you don't receive anything except silence. The delivery conditions are totally unsatisfactory: 1) The invoice advertises Collisimo and the charges correspond to this service, but in reality the service used is Colieco, which takes much longer, so this is a misleading statement 2) The choice of bubble envelope is not the most appropriate for sending glass jars I am not satisfied with 1001 Maquettes, which seems to cut corners to the detriment of quality of service and respect for the environment.

Took forever, item labelled incorrectly, terrible service. Pathetic doesnt touch how i would describe their customer service. I ordered what was labeled as a harrier model, on May 31st. It wasnt even packaged for shipment until June 22nd! I received my order only to realize it was just the decals. I emailed them saying the product is titled incorrectly, and they started arguing with me off the bat telling me how clearly labelled they think the product is. I used examples of what I'm looking at that made me think this was a harrier model. They emailed back shoving their self-righteousness in my face. Terrible customer service. Don't even try calling them unless you speak french. This is the worst I have been treated with any company. I just hope someone reads this before they order from here and can find what they need elsewhere.

I find the price a bit expensive for the same price I have 2 or 3 elsewhere, but there's a wide choice of models.
