Sent wrong order. No response from customer service. I was sent an incorrect order and that incorrect order was also damaged. I contacted customer service two days ago and received no response. Not the fastest It isnt very clear that they are a French based company, not that that should matter but it can have an effect on delivery times.The kit is fine but in these days of next day and 2 day delivery it was rather slow. It took a week to for them to say it was shipped. Even with the holiday it was 4 days to ship it. It was listed as 'in stock' too.

I placed my order on 18.01.2015 and paid immediately but never received anything. customer service only got in touch on 4.02.2015 after I had already sent several emails. here is the wording of the email: Sorry for the late reply. I contacted our logistician about your order. I will reply to you as soon as possible with more information. With kind regards The customer service 1001modellbau.de Since then I have heard nothing more from them, although I had sent a few more e-mails, I asked them to send me my money back or the goods. I will never order here again.

Then I only ended up receiving four of twelve items I ordered. Store credit given but a lot of time wasted waiting to do a project that I was trying to do. I will look elsewhere next time.

Great Selection, slow shipping I was looking for a very specific kit, a Heinkel He-111 H-3 for a Battle of Britain diorama. They not only had a great kit from Revell that had 4 models for the price of one, but also undercut the competition by $60! I had to wait two weeks for it, but I plan on purchasing the kit a few times over from them!

I've always been satisfied with my deliveries, but economy parcels take a while to arrive. Colissimo parcels are indeed faster, and the equipment is top-notch. However, the Pitot tubes are packaged in sets of 4 and arrive individually. I get good feedback by e-mail about the compatibility of certain products with my equipment. So far
