1001 Modellini has never let me down the service and shipping is fast even when there is a wait for a product not in stock the wait is not long. In average prices 1001 Modellini comes up with a little less is this is good I personally wish that when offering buyers free shipping this does not expire the following week but at least 30 days later.

On December 11 I made a purchase for Christmas. Well, without any communication on January 4 they had not delivered the package. I look on the page my order and I see that it is in refund status and I have not ordered it so they have canceled my order without notice and have not even replied to my mail. A disgrace of a company and a disgrace of service. I will never buy from them again.

The same day of placing the order I read very bad reviews about the delivery service so I wanted to stop it as it was important that it was here for Epiphany. They had not even prepared the shipment and did not want to make the refund only a voucher that obviously I did not want so I continued with my order...although they told me that it would be here at the end of this week they just wrote me saying that they still do not have it or them. They will let me know. I do not understand nadapague 15€ for the fastest shipping! If they can not meet the deadlines refund the money! Otherwise they are keeping the customer! The worst thing is that I tried to find the same model for me to arrive on time and Amazon had it in two days!

The title says it all. I made a purchase on November 10 of toys for a child for Christmas Day, December 25. Today is January 2nd and I still have not received it. Very fast service, the only downside is that shipping costs are just as high for a simple decal board as for a box of make-up.

disappointing to be avoided

Inoperative after-sales customer service. Shipments that do not have valid tracking identification.

I can recommend 1001 maquettes without any unpleasant surprises.

The instructions could be more 'clear. I have some doubts about the 1:32 scales do not seem so accurate at least in the case of the American armored car .

Lots of choice and order received quickly. However, the explanations given about the models are a little too brief. But I'm happy to recommend this site.

This would be 5 stars, except for the fact that this expensive, sophisticated wooden sailing ship model kit was open and had been repackaged somewhere along the line. There is no way to tell if anything is missing due to the complexity of the model (Amati HMS Surprise from the Aubrey/Maturin novels).

I had ordered on 1612 a model for a christmas gift by paying the fast delivery service and by paying the gift wrapping option ...in total the package arrived on 2612 and no gift wrapping !!!!! so very disappointed I will not order anymore on this site

Unfortunately my first order on 1001 maquettes wasn't a very serene one, as it was placed more than 10 days before Christmas and didn't arrive until Christmas day, with no real indication of why it had been ordered.

I am very disappointed by the site 1001 maquettes. I ordered a model of an aston martin on Friday afternoon at 5pm and the order was dispatched immediately. Having no news about the parcel a week later I contacted them and was informed that in fact they did not have it in stock! I was offered an alternative solution to the product, but it didn't suit me. So I asked for a refund. A week later I'm still waiting... in short they're very quick to debit but on the other hand updating their stock informing their customers and refunding them there's work there! 29-12-2014: still nothing on my account... 30-12-2014: that's it...thanks

Poor service I ordered some photo-etch details on December 3, and it has not arrived yet as of Dec.23. Not only were the shipping charges higher than they should have been for such an item (and higher than their website advertised) but to take at least three weeks to arrive is unacceptable. I could have purchased from a company in Australia that I've bought from before and had it here in a week. Really disappointed. 12/30 - still have not arrived. Cancelling order.

Based upon the last response I received from your company, I expected at least a partial shipment. Again, I have not received anything. I have not received my order, tracking number or any follow-up response. This has been the worst on-line experince. I placed my order on 12/12 for Christmas. The website indicated it was ""in stock"" and would be here in time. Credit card was charged $106 immediately. That is the only thing they have gotten correct. Now MORE THAN A MONTH LATER and I do not have my order and have not heard from a representative of 1001modelkits...but they still have my money. Respectfully I have asked for them to cancel my order and post a credit but still no response. Placed an order on 12/12 for Christmas. It is now 1/5 and I still have not received my order. In addition I asked for an update and did not receive a response. Customer service is non-existent. Placed an order on 12/12. According to the website the order is still being processed but my credit card was charged immediately. I have now emailed on two occasions with no response. Prior to oreddering, the website said it would be available for Christmas...not likley.

I ordered a maréchal d'Empire statuette that looked very good in the photo. I received an unidentifiable figure in raw resin and as a spare part. I was so angry that I couldn't even react at the time! This statuette was a Christmas present, so I'm disappointed! Not only will I never order from this site again, but with the publicity I've given it, a lot of other people have also been disappointed.

After ordering an available product at the beginning of December, I made several reminders and finally found out that there was a problem with the supplier. Not being able to have the order for Christmas, I asked for a refund. Miraculously, I was told that the order was being prepared and would be dispatched shortly. Unfortunately the only thing that arrived was a free tube of glue with the order. Now I'm waiting for a full refund but no news.....
